Comrade, Welcome to the Police State! (Part 3)

The Psychotic in power are calling us mentally ill
I think Obama is a Marxist, Communist, usurper who hates America. He is a narcissistic, evil man who pretends to be a Christian. Where is the mental illness folks?
Dr. Laurie Roth
Thursday, August 23, 2012
Obama and his goons are making everything back to front and upside down. Good is bad and bad is good. If you are Christian and a gun owning patriot you are mentally ill, dangerous, and should be taken away. This week we heard and followed what felt like the unbelievable in our country but the stories were true. Sane people practicing their 1st amendment rights are being identified as ‘risks’ ‘mentally ill’ ‘dangerous and needing treatment.’
Just some of these evolving cases of mental illness and danger
Doug Hagmann, Director of Northeast Intelligence Network and veteran private investigator exposed how one of his listeners and callers had been literally picked up by cops after a ‘mystery’ friend called in a mental health concern. This led to Jason Egroff, being forcibly whisked away by cops, probed, questioned, humiliated and searched for 18 hours, then released. Hagmann found that the alleged friend who turned him in was far different than represented and Jason was not mentally ill or a danger at all. The only apparent danger and crime Jason committed was exercising his first amendment rights and daring to share concerns about the Government and 9/11. So what? Many people have concerns about 9/11 who are not insane.
Another mental health nightmare was experienced by Marine Corps veteran, Brandon J. Raub, 26. He was also forcibly held for 30 days out of concern of his ‘face book’ postings. He said things like “Find and rediscover the ideas of liberty and freedom, “Those are the ideas that make us great as people.” He also wrote, “Your leaders are planning to merge the United States into a one-world banking system, “They want to put computer chips in you…these men have evil hearts. They have tricked you into supporting corporate fascism. We gave them the keys to our country. We were not vigilant with our republic.” He also wrote, “I am standing against a great evil. I will do it all by myself if I have to.” Thankfully, a Judge ordered his release and said his commitment was invalid and there was no basis to hold him.
Cases like this are starting to appear all over. Doug Hagmann said they are growing. Patriots, simply daring to confront Obama in print or on air are being set up to be a mental health risk and carried away. It is classic dictatorial intimidation and strategy.
Enemies must be identified, taken away, re-educated or silenced. That puts a huge target on the foreheads of any real Christian, patriot, Tea Party member or Veteran. Most citizens with any backbone see that Obama is busy transforming America to a socialist/Marxist regime and trying to establish a dictatorship. Otherwise, why have over 40 Czars bypassing congress and answering only to Obama. Why have a sea of unconstitutional executive orders spelling out martial law controls and takeovers. Why turn secret service on people who are exercising their right to peacefully assemble in protest against Obama? Why have 30,000 drones flying over our head?
Given the forced health care with threat of fines, violation of our Miranda rights with the NDAA, the illegal war in Libya, slaughter of our 1st amendment rights, shredding of our economy and energy industry, you would have to be extremely mentally ill not to be concerned and a coward not to open your mouth and be heard.
Obama is simply doing what most classic dictators have done when starting to apprehend, threaten and terrorize the people. He is hiding behind ‘mental illness’ concerns. That way, he can quiet some, intimidate others into silence while apprehending guns and freedom.
My Ph.D. is in counseling and mental health. Judging by how Obama works and views Americans, we are all considered mentally ill and expendable.
“This isn’t just any ‘bitter clinger’ writing this, Mr. Obama. It is Dr. Bitter Clinger to you.” I love the Lord, my Constitution, country, freedom and my family.

Psychiatry as a weapon to silence religious and political opposition
Using psychiatry as a means of repression has been a particular favorite of Socialist-oriented regimes
Doug Hagmann
Thursday, August 23, 2012
Since reporting on the account of Jason Egroff, a 28-year-old Scranton, Pennsylvania web designer and Blog Talk Radio host of the weekly Revelation News Christian broadcast, I have received documentation of numerous cases where outspoken critics specific to the anti-Christian agenda of Barack Hussein Obama experienced similar encounters with “mental health professionals.”
In the event you are unfamiliar with the full account of Mr. Egroff, it is documented here: [Also see below] In short, Mr. Egroff was involuntarily committed to a psychiatric facility for evaluation due to his pro-Christian yet non-threatening religious views opposing those of the Obama regime. Of course, that’s not the official psychiatric diagnosis given to him, but after an extensive investigation into the events leading up to and following his evaluation, it might as well be. What was uncovered in subsequent investigations involving other “patients,” I am convinced that the common element in all similar cases is one’s Christian beliefs when combined with a vocal opposition to the Obama agenda.
Further research into this tactic left me both surprised and shaken to the core. My findings have determined that the situation involving Mr. Egroff is not an isolated case, but one of a growing and effective tactic currently being used to silence the Christian “watchmen” in the U.S.
The victims of these tactics are not fanatical, they do not advocate violence, and certainly do not represent any threat to themselves or others. Their common “crime” is that they believe in the Word of God, the Holy Bible, and vocally identify the transgressions of our current government as they relate to the Bible and Scripture. To the Obama regime, this has obviously become a dangerous political threat.
Obama tactics from the Communist playbook
With gratitude to the research of Mary Ann, a listener of the nightly radio Hagmann & Hagmann Report, this author was alerted to the January 2010 edition of the Schizophrenia Bulletin authored by Robert van Voren. The bulletin contains important documented evidence that reads like the mental health chapter from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security handbook, except that it details the strategies of communist Russia in the 1970s and 1980s. During the height of political oppression in the Soviet Union, for example, studies found that at least one-third of the political prisoners were locked up in psychiatric hospitals.
As noted by the author, “using psychiatry as a means of repression has been a particular favorite of Socialist-oriented regimes.” What are we seeing take place in the United States today? We are witnessing a sudden and widespread increase in the “thought police” and by extension, the “religion police.” In the aforementioned bulletin, the author states that “[T]he political abuse of psychiatry in the Soviet Union originated from the concept that persons who opposed the Soviet regime were mentally ill because there was no other logical explanation why one would oppose the best sociopolitical system in the world.”
It is also important to point out that the author notes that under the misuse of psychiatry by the state, the “patient” was diagnosed as having sluggish schizophrenia. He adds that “[T]he patient with paranoid symptoms retained some insight in his condition but overvalued his own importance and might exhibit grandiose ideas of reforming society. Thus, symptoms of sluggish schizophrenia could be “reform delusions,” “struggle for the truth,” and “perseverance.” So, according to the nationalized psychiatrists of the former Soviet Union, it was accepted that anyone desiring to eliminate Socialism is mentally ill, and possesses the shocking symptoms and impairments as a desire to seek political reform, learn the truth, and exhibit perseverance in the process. Sound familiar?
As one digs deeper into today’s headlines, it is evident that the socialist inclinations of the current administration, from Obama to Holder to Napolitano and across the higher levels of government, are becoming more apparent. Noted in the study is a reference to Russia that appears to apply here in the U.S.; “the deteriorating political climate seems to create an atmosphere in which local authorities feel that they can again use psychiatry as a means of intimidation.”

Christianity & gun owners in the crosshairs: Chilling tactic exposed
By Douglas J. Hagmann
16 August 2012
If you are an outspoken Christian in America, you need to be concerned. If you are an outspoken Christian in America who happens to be a gun owner, you need to be very concerned. And if you are a Christian gun owner who disagrees with the Progressive anti-Christian agenda in America and have a platform to inform others, you better believe that you are under intense scrutiny. Sound like paranoid propaganda? Read on.
It’s one thing to say that there is a war against Christianity and an active agenda to disarm Americans, but it’s another thing altogether to watch it unfold, up close and personal. And yet another to actually document an insidious but effective tactic that is presently being used to silence and disarm Christians right here in America. In this report, I will expose a new tactic being used by the atheistic communist supporters of the Obama regime to silence Christian critics and to disarm them at the same time.
I might have never known about this had it not been for our nightly radio program, the Hagmann & Hagmann Report. In fact, our show played a minor role in the events that transpired. Jason Egroff, a 28-year old web designer and graphics artist from Scranton, Pennsylvania, called in to our show last week to comment on current events, including how Christianity seems to be under attack in America and across the globe. From the statements made by the CEO of Chick Fil-A regarding traditional families as defined by the Bible to the resurgence of attacks on Christians across the Middle East as a result of the “Arab Spring,” we conversed about how Christians are in the cross hairs now more than any other time in recent history. We talked about Barack Hussein Obama’s role in what seems to be overt antagonism toward Christianity and Biblical principles. Mr. Egroff’s input to our show was a rational and welcome discourse about the events we see unfolding.
Mr. Egroff called our program before and has always been articulate and well informed. His call last week was equally articulate and without unnecessary emotion or hype, just like his previous calls. He made his points in a very well-reasoned, rational and non-threatening manner and said nothing with which we could disagree. Through our dialogue that included off air correspondence, we were delighted to learn that Mr. Egroff himself is hosting his own weekly radio program called Revelation News Radio, a show that provides his analysis of current events through the prism of the Holy Bible. As he is just getting started, he did a few shows leading up his weekly slot, including a show on August 7, 2012, a day after he called our program as a guest. After his call to our program, we moved on, and our program concluded without incident. This is when events began to get very interesting, and go very wrong for Mr. Egroff.
Monitoring the watchmen
As Mr. Egroff was seated at his computer preparing to listen to our program that began at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 8, 2012, he received a telephone call from a man who identified himself as “officer Steve” from the city of Scranton Police Department, who told Jason that he was calling just to check on him, to see if he was “alright.” Jason, who never heard of “officer Steve,” or really understand the nature of the call, responded that he was fine and had no problems where he might need the police. He was taken off guard by the call and became uneasy, especially since the officer was elusive in providing a legitimate reason for the call.
While our broadcast was playing on Jason’s computer, he received another telephone call from a “restricted” number. It was “officer Steve” again, although this time he was calling from the front porch of Mr. Egroff’s house. The officer reintroduced himself, and asked Jason to turn on the porch light and step outside as he wanted to speak to him. Knowing that he had done nothing wrong, Jason complied with the officer’s request. As he stepped onto the porch, “officer Steve” was there to meet him, accompanied by another law enforcement officer.
I should note that Jason Egroff is not stupid or naive, and sensed that had he not complied with the officer’s request, things might have gotten ugly. “It was a matter of choosing my battles,” he told me, but he was still not quite ready for what happened next.
The officer told Jason that the Scranton Police Department received a telephone call from a “friend” living in New York City who claimed to be concerned about Jason’s mental health. This friend works as a physical therapy assistant at a large New York City hospital. It is important to note his “friend’s” professional position is well outside of the mental health practice.
According to the officer, Jason’s friend contacted his department, and claimed that he was “worried” about him, citing his recent talk about the Bible in general, Biblical prophecy in particular, and the role of the Obama regime in the larger picture detailed by prophecy. This “friend” has been listening to Jason’s calls to The Hagmann & Hagmann Report as well as Jason’s own recently started BTR radio show.
Additionally, Jason’s friend knew that he owns a couple of guns, none that are of much monetary value or the type people intent on doing harm would possess. Despite this, his friend expressed concern that Jason could possibly use the weapons in some nefarious manner. Based on Jason’s own admission, he rarely uses the guns to target practice and has little attachment to them. During my interview with Jason, he said that he did not care if he had a gun or not, they are simply not that important to him.
“You need to come with us”
The officer told Jason that he had to go with them based on a mental health complaint that originated solely from his friend, the physical therapist assistant in New York, who claimed that he was worried for Jason’s safety. At this point, Jason was under the control of the officers, and was not permitted to be alone as he entered his house to shut things down for the trip he was about to take.
The officers took Jason to the local hospital psychiatric ward for “evaluation.” For the next 18 hours, he was subjected to some of the most humiliating searches, probes, and questions by hospital personnel. Questions included those specific to his religious faith and what he thought about the government and Obama. Questions that were structured in such a manner that regardless of the answer, they would result in portraying him as a dangerous, gun-owning Christian zealot. All as a result of Jason expressing his non-violent, well reasoned, and articulate views on our show as well as his own. All ostensibly from the concern of one “friend” from another state and well over 100 miles away.
Jason Egroff was indeed evaluated by two medical health professionals. Despite the manner in which Mr. Egroff was picked-up, detained, probed, prodded and interviewed (some might call it an interrogation), he remained calm and did his best to comply. He believed that the medical professionals would find him in good mental health and realize that this was all a mistake. He could then use his experience to help others.
Christianity: the medical diagnosis of psychosis
Jason was indeed released after about 20 hours of evaluation. He was given his belt and shoelaces back, and all of his personal belongings taken from him upon admission. He was released without fanfare, without apology, and without explanation. But with little additional interaction, Jason was now labeled with the medical diagnosis of “psychosis” and urged to take medication that he states he does not need and does not want. Additionally, Jason was released under the condition that he gets rid of any and all firearms he owns and report to a crisis counseling center upon discharge.
This gets a bit more interesting when Jason, who felt it best to accommodate the evaluating doctors, reported to the crisis counseling center as instructed. Mr. Egroff furnished the handful of paperwork to the crisis center worker who spent a few minutes looking over the documents. After a lengthy pause, she looked at Jason and made the following chilling observation as if it was a matter of routine: “So, you’re here because of your religious beliefs.” As Jason tells it, this was not a question, but a statement of fact.
As a career investigator, I’ve been exposed to people with mental health issues, and interviewed many. I know that it’s easy to be fooled, and that a person might appear normal, say the correct things, but then turn out to be a complete lunatic. I’ll admit that in Jason’s case, I expected to find just that scenario. I conducted a lengthy interview with Jason, asked him some very personal questions, and demanded to see documentation related to this incident. I was not about to get fooled by Jason or anyone else. To his credit, Mr. Egroff complied with my every request and provided me with the hospital documentation I requested.
Watching the watchers who are watching the ‘watchmen’
After spending two days of constant research and investigation into his case alone, I must report here that there is something very wrong about this case, and it’s not Jason Ergoff. Despite the diagnosis of “psychosis,” he was permitted to keep his guns, at least for now. As for his “friend” who was so worried about his welfare, I’ve got his “number.” You see, one thing I did not tell Mr. Ergoff is that I was able to learn the identity of the man who turned him in as a threat to himself and society. I’ve tracked his IP addresses and his online activity. My investigation found that this is no ordinary case of someone being concerned about a friend’s welfare, but part of a larger agenda to silence the Christian conservatives and critics of this administration. I am holding that information and documentation closely, as I feel that Jason and perhaps others might need it when they come for his guns or even him once again.
By the way, the concerned friend showed just where his concern actually lies, and it certainly does not appear to be with Jason. That was clearly illustrated in a 3:00 a.m. phone call made to Jason by his friend, where he screamed at Jason for daring to mention the incident on our program, sans names, of course.
Lest you think this is an isolated case, I have since heard from five-(5) other individuals in different parts of the U.S. that this has happened to within the last thirty-(30) days. It appears the war against freedom of opinion, freedom of speech, openly professing one’s belief in God and the right to bear arms is now sufficient to earn you a medical diagnosis of “psychosis.”
Christian gun owners of America, be forewarned.

District Court Refuses to Stop Transfer of Marine Brandon Raub to Salem Psych Ward, 3 Hrs. Away, for Posting Political Views, Song Lyrics to Facebook
Virginia Copblock,
August 21, 2012
CHESTERFIELD, VA— Special Justice Walter Douglass Stokes for the General District Court for the City of Hopewell, Va., has denied an emergency motion filed by attorneys for The Rutherford Institute to stop former Marine Brandon Raub from being forcibly transferred to a psychiatric facility more than three hours away from his family, friends and legal team. Raub, who was arrested, detained indefinitely in a psych ward and forced to undergo psychological evaluations based solely on the controversial nature of lines from song lyrics, political messages and virtual card games which he posted to his private Facebook page, is being transferred from John Randolph Psychiatric Medical Hospital in Hopewell to the Veterans Hospital in Salem, Va., on the other side of the state. Raub was arrested on August 16, 2012, and has since been detained against his will due to alleged concerns by government officials that his Facebook posts are controversial and “terrorist in nature.” Rutherford Institute attorneys are challenging Raub’s arrest and detention on the grounds that the detainment order was procedurally improper, the result of an unlawful detention, and was based entirely on statements made by Raub that constitute protected free speech under the First Amendment.
The Rutherford Institute’s information on Raub’s case is available at
“This is not how justice in America is supposed to work—with Americans being arrested for doing nothing more than exercising their First Amendment rights, forced to undergo psychological evaluations, detained against their will and isolated from their family, friends and attorneys. This is a scary new chapter in our history,” said John W. Whitehead, president of The Rutherford Institute. “Brandon Raub is no different from the majority of Americans who use their private Facebook pages to post a variety of content, ranging from song lyrics and political hyperbole to trash talking their neighbors, friends and government leaders.”
Brandon Raub, a former Marine who has served tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, was detained by FBI agents and police officers at his home in Chesterfield County based upon the nature of content posted to his Facebook page in recent months. Like many Facebook users, Raub uses his FB page to post songs lyrics and air his political opinions, as well as engage in virtual online games with other users. On Thursday, August 16, police and FBI agents arrived at Raub’s home, asking to speak with him about his Facebook posts. They did not provide Raub with a search warrant. Raub
was cooperative and agreed to speak with them. Without providing any explanation, levying any charges against Raub or reading him his rights, law enforcement officials then handcuffed Raub and transported him first to the police headquarters, then to John Randolph Medical Center, where he has been held against his will. Outraged onlookers filmed the arrest and posted the footage to YouTube.
In a hearing before Special Justice Walter Douglass Stokes on August 20, government officials again pointed to Raub’s Facebook posts as the sole reason for their concern and for his continued incarceration. Ignoring Raub’s explanations about the fact that the FB posts were being read out of context and his attorney’s First Amendment defense, Stokes sentenced the former Marine to up to 30 days’ further confinement in a psych ward and signed a court order for Raub’s involuntary admission to the Veterans Hospital in Salem. Rutherford Institute attorneys are in the process of filing various emergency motions and procedural appeals to challenge Raub’s detention.”
Spy cams installed in NY hospital bathrooms to monitor handwashing
by Craig Stellpflug
Sunday, June 03, 2012
(NaturalNews) Here goes the last great American sanctuary from intrusion- bathrooms with spy cams. Going to the bathroom has now been monitored in a hospital in NY where sensors were placed on the doors to identify workers entering and exiting and cameras placed to view sinks to insure proper hand hygiene. We are one step away from the all intrusive commode-cam to see who wipes their butt in the right direction.
Granted, this was instituted to evaluate hand hygiene compliance which is critical in a hospital. But this Big Brother system also does shift compliance analysis to report the last two shifts in LED readouts covering the statistics for "hygiene events." Is this a contest between shifts? But Big Brother also has a word to say as the LEDs also offer "encouragement" to anyone passing by. The good news is that the number of "hand washing incidents" reportedly went from 60 percent to 81 percent in a few months. That's nice.
The feedback for compliance is called "observations." But how effective is it when the actual hand-hygiene compliance rates during these hospital shifts ranged from a low 30.8 percent to still-too-low 91.2 percent? The author of this Medscape report out May 30th states that "...hand-hygiene compliance is probably much lower than most visual observations would predict..."
So this helps with the private bathroom hand-washing security check but what about washing hands before and after patient contact? That was not monitored in this hospital and this is where you come in. When the doc, nurse, intern or candy striper comes in, you have the perfect right to ask them to wash their hands before touching you. As they leave the room, feel free to mention to them that they failed to wash their hands after the exam or procedure.
Not a new struggle
Over the last 30 years there have been countless efforts to change poor hand hygiene in hospitals. In spite of this, poor hygiene continues to contribute to high rates of infections acquired in hospitals, medical clinics and other health care settings.
According to the World Health Organization, hygiene related infections affect as some 1.7 million patients a year in the United States alone. The cost is astronomical, topping an annual cost of $6.5 billion and contributing to more than 90,000 deaths annually.
Dr. Mark R. Chassin of the Joint Commission, the most important hospital accrediting agency in the United States says: "Health care organizations have been working on hand hygiene for a long time... But no one has solved the problem to the degree that we all want." The Joint Commission defines excellence and standards of quality for more than 90 percent of hospitals in the U.S. and even they cannot make good hand hygiene happen.
A smoking news headline from Scotland on May 17th 2012 reports: "MORE than one in ten doctors, consultants and surgeons in Scotland's hospitals are failing to wash their hands often enough." In an observational study recorded in Pubmed, 7.6 percent of doctors in two hospitals washed their hands between patients during rounds. The Pubmed study concluded that hand hygiene is more experiential than rational, and that traditional approaches based on logic and reasoning alone probably will not work.
It's common knowledge that washing hands is the best way to avoid getting sick and prevent the spread of germs and infection but it's solely up to you to see that hand hygiene happens so you don't become one of the 90,000 a year casualties from dirty hands.

One Nation Under Surveillance
By Chuck Baldwin
May 31, 2012
America prides itself in being called "the land of the free." But, what, exactly, does it mean to be free? Does it mean owning a car and having a job? People in communist countries own a car and have a job. Does it mean going to a mall to shop. People in communist countries go to a mall to shop. Does it mean going to an amusement park to recreate? People in communist countries go to amusement parks. Does it mean going to the polls and voting? People in communist countries go to the polls and vote. In reality, many, if not most, of the things that most Americans would identify as marks of freedom are commonly practiced in the most oppressed communist countries of the world. So, what does it mean to be free?
Obviously, the freedom of speech is a crucial element of freedom, so much so that it is enshrined in the First Amendment of the Bill of Rights. And the truth is, freedom of speech is not at all what it used to be in this country. If you doubt that, just ask the hundreds and thousands of journalists, news anchors, sportscasters, business executives, religious leaders, non-profit organization heads, teachers, scientists, government employees, etc., who have lost their positions for saying something politically incorrect. If you could, ask the late Howard Cosell or the late Jimmy "The Greek" Snyder. Ask Judge Andrew Napolitano, Glenn Beck, or Lou Dobbs. There are literally millions of people across America who daily "bite their tongues" and refuse to speak for fear of demotion, dismissal, retaliation, persecution, or worse! You call that freedom of speech? Gag!
Another critical element of freedom enshrined in the First Amendment is the right to worship freely. But, this, too, is not what it used to be. Can anyone remember when pastors and church leaders were free to say what they wanted in regard to issues that tread into government? If you do, you are probably over 50 years old or attend a non-501c3 church. On the whole, pastors and church leaders today are literally "scared silly" to broach any topic that might have political overtones, which means a sizeable percentage of the Bible is either ignored or spiritualized away by the vast majority of America's pulpits. You call this freedom of worship? Barf!
Of course, the right of the people to keep and bear arms is one of the most crucial ingredients of a free society. It is this right that, for the most part, separates the United States from the oppressed nations of the world. And, of course, the Powers That Be have been chipping away at this fundamental tenet of liberty for nearly half a century, to the point that there are literally tens of millions of Americans who are forbidden by law from owning or possessing a firearm due to a conviction or plea bargain for some "crime" in which no one-nada--was injured. And in many states, even those who have never run afoul of the law are forbidden from owning--and especially--possessing a firearm. Can anyone say Massachusetts or California?
Government attacks against the Second Amendment notwithstanding, I am absolutely convinced that the ownership and possession of more than 100 million firearms in the hands and homes (and hearts) of the American citizenry is the main thing that has kept the overt forces of tyranny somewhat at bay to this point in our country. I suggest that even you folks who do not really care anything about guns and shooting, but who claim to love liberty, go purchase a firearm and learn the fundamental elements of firearm safety and usage--if for no other reason than because you are an American who believes in freedom and who understands that only free men own guns!
The right to be secure in your homes, papers, effects, etc., is also an essential element of liberty. But this right has been largely expunged in the United States--especially since 9/11/01. The NDAA (and other federal laws and executive orders) suspends the right to a trial by jury and the right to not be subjected to cruel and unusual punishment, among other essential liberties.
But perhaps the most essential element of liberty is the right to be left alone, the right to privacy, the understanding that a man's home is his castle, the right of free people to live their lives without Big Brother looking over their shoulder. Without the right to be left alone, liberty does not exist! And ladies and gentlemen, it is this freedom that is under attack the most in this country.
This is an issue that cuts across all political, social, racial, and religious lines. It doesn't matter to a hill of beans whether one is liberal or conservative, Democrat or Republican, white or black, or Protestant or Catholic. The right of free men to be left alone without government sticking its nose into our personal and private business is the quintessential ingredient of a free society. And in this regard, do you really believe America is still the "land of the free"? You're kidding, right?
America is no longer "one nation under God." Today, America is "one nation under surveillance." Cameras monitoring our every movement, satellites taking pictures of our homes, listening devices being used to record our conversations, hi-tech computers capturing virtually every piece of correspondence, banking institutions forwarding our private financial records to Big Brother, and now armed drones flying over the neighborhoods of the American citizenry all reveal that America is anything but the "land of the free." The following My Way News report is merely another example of this repulsive reality:
"The U.S. intelligence community will now be able to store information about Americans with no ties to terrorism for up to five years under new Obama administration guidelines.
"Until now, the National Counterterrorism Center had to immediately destroy information about Americans that was already stored in other government databases when there were no clear ties to terrorism.
"Giving the NCTC expanded record-retention authority had been called for by members of Congress who said the intelligence community did not connect strands of intelligence held by multiple agencies leading up to the failed bombing attempt on a Detroit-bound airliner on Christmas 2009.
"'Following the failed terrorist attack in December 2009, representatives of the counterterrorism community concluded it is vital for NCTC to be provided with a variety of datasets from various agencies that contain terrorism information,' Director of National Intelligence James Clapper said in a statement late Thursday. 'The ability to search against these datasets for up to five years on a continuing basis as these updated guidelines permit will enable NCTC to accomplish its mission more practically and effectively.'
"The new rules replace guidelines issued in 2008 and have privacy advocates concerned about the potential for data-mining information on innocent Americans.
"'It is a vast expansion of the government's surveillance authority,' Marc Rotenberg, executive director of the Electronic Privacy Information Center, said of the five-year retention period.
"The government put in strong safeguards at the NCTC for the data that would be collected on U.S. citizens for intelligence purposes, Rotenberg said. These new guidelines undercut the Federal Privacy Act, he said.
"'The fact that this data can be retained for five years on U.S. citizens for whom there's no evidence of criminal conduct is very disturbing,' Rotenberg said."
Go to any oppressed country, and what will you find? A surveillance society! This is the most glaring characteristic of an Orwellian state. And ladies and gentlemen, Communist China or Red Russia has nothing over the United States when it comes to the development and implementation of a surveillance society. And the truth is the US would have already plummeted into overt oppression if it were not for the fact that there are so many guns in the possession of the American citizenry. But, I say again, without the right to be left alone, liberty does not exist.
Folks, we must start paying attention to this surveillance society that it quickly taking shape in this country. No! Not just start paying attention to it, start RESISTING it! A surveillance society cannot emerge without the cooperation of State governors, attorney generals, legislators, senators, county sheriffs, city mayors, police chiefs, etc. And where are America's pastors to sound the alarm bells from the church houses regarding this attack against our liberty? Where are the college professors? Where are the journalists and reporters? Where are the retired military personnel who were willing to sacrifice their lives on foreign shores? What good is it to fight for freedom overseas, if we are not willing to fight for freedom at home?
So, the next time you hear someone shout out that America is the "land of the free," ask them if they have given any thought to the fact that virtually everything they do, everything they say, everywhere they go, and every financial transaction they make is being monitored, scrutinized, and surveilled by the federal government and the private institutions they control. Ask them what they are doing to resist this sinister surveillance society that is quickly enveloping this country. Ask them what their pastor is doing to resist this burgeoning surveillance society. Ask them what kind of country do they think their children and grandchildren are going to grow up in one day. Then ask them if they truly understand what it means to be free. And maybe more importantly, ask them if they understand what it takes to keep America free, because people who are not left alone are not free!

Police State -- Cops Are Out-of-Control
By KP Ryan
May 16, 2012
Local police are being federalized and indoctrinated to serve the Illuminati. They behave like thugs.
In bygone America, police forces were funded by the community in which they worked. While police abuse always existed in large cities, smaller cities and towns were generally free from police corruption and abuse of power.
Those days are now long gone. Even the smallest town police have been granted federal dollars (to protect us from 'terrorists!') to buy new weapons and vehicles. In addition, Feds invite local police to learn the new techniques of surveillance and law enforcement.
Now, police across the country play by their own rules. They will lie, cheat, and steal. They act as 'Judge, Jury and Executioner' with impunity. They are paranoid. Citizens are learning that dialing '911' for help can get themselves or family members or even their neighbors assaulted and even murdered.
In most jurisdictions, the police judge the police however, and unless there are numerous witnesses to counter the official story or a clear video record, holding the evildoers accountable is nearly impossible.
The following are but a few examples of police behaving as a Street Gang:
Fullerton, CA
"I just started smashing his face to hell." So says one of the Fullerton, California police after his encounter
with Mr. Kelly Thomas. Mr. Thomas was well known to many residents, small business owners (and police) in downtown Fullerton. A schizophrenic, Mr. Thomas was often homeless and had a record for petty crimes such as trespassing. He was not known to be violent, but he was a sick man.
On the evening of July 5, 2011 someone phoned in a report of an individual wiggling one or more car door handles. Police responded and saw Thomas, shirtless and carrying a backpack.
Initially Officer Ramos asked Thomas a number of questions while flipping and twirling a baton in his right hand. Ramos's partner, Officer Joe Wolfe, stationed himself behind Mr. Thomas as Ramos attempted to get him to admit to breaking into cars.
They eventually search his backpack and find a letter addressed to a name different from Thomas's. At this point that Wolfe's earlier words appear prescient: "Do you plan on going to sleep fairly soon?" Ramos, as he's slipping both hands into tight leather gloves, then says to Thomas: "See these fists? They're about to f*** you up!"
Up to six of Fullerton's Finest take turns punching, kicking, and beating Thomas with fists, boots, flashlights and Electrocution Devices, eventually assaulting him into a coma and days later, death.
Moments later, when the ambulance arrives, Ramos demanded they treat his minor injury before attempting to save Thomas's life.
Thomas died in hospital.
Fullerton's police department initially claimed Thomas 'resisted arrest' and assaulted the officers. Thomas's father (a retired cop) photographed son's injuries later in the hospital. No television station or newspaper would publish the images. Instead, the media all reported as fact every detail that came out of the FPD.
Fortunately, a little known local blog first posted the elder Thomas's photos and then obtained a video that happened to record portions of the incident, including a portion of the beating. Today two Fullerton cops are on trial over this vicious death, (four others have escaped prosecution) including Ramos, though it is worth noting NO Orange County jury has EVER held a police officer accountable for his or her actions.
Link to Friends of Fullerton's Future blog: (the video is halfway down the page along with a transcript)
Lastly, it should be noted that police across the country were asked to donate money for Ramos's release on bail. The letter began with these words: "Keep in mind folks that the system of 'innocent until proven guilty' is still alive and well in the US..." Apparently the donations flooded in, as Ramos indeed was released on bail.
Los Angeles
Shawn Nee snapped a handful of photographs of two L.A. County deputies as they chatted up two underage girls. The outraged officers approached Mr. Nee and claimed it was illegal to take photos of police. They handcuffed him and then claimed he was illegally taking photos of the two girls, and followed that up with the accusation that it was illegal for Mr. Nee to be in public without identification. As they approached their cruiser with Nee in handcuffs, one of the deputies called Mr. Nee a 'retard'... and then noticed that, in addition to the camera he had used, Mr. Nee also had a video recorder in his bag and it had been filming and recording them throughout the encounter. Minutes later they freed Mr. Nee without charges. Mr. Nee already has a lawsuit underway against the County for previously violating his civil rights as a photographer.
Minneapolis, Minnesota
Mr. and Mrs. Khang were upstairs at home one evening with their six children when Mrs. Khang heard a window in her home shatter. She then heard muffled male voices in the stairwell. She immediately dialed 911 and reported the break-in. Mr. Khang grabbed his shotgun and fired as the voices reached the bedroom door. The men on the other side returned fire, but with good fortune, no one was hit. It turned out that a local SWAT team had the wrong address and entered the Khang's home by mistake. The City then granted commendations to eight of the SWAT officers for their 'bravery under fire.'
De Kalb County, Georgia
92-year old Katherine Johnson wasn't as fortunate as the Khangs. With nothing more than a bogus tip from an informant (other sources claim there never was a tip in the first place), members of De Kalb County's 'RED DOG' task force broke down the woman's front door.
Mrs. Johnson, thinking hoodlums were invading her home, grabbed and fired a gun, hitting no one. The 'task force' returned the favor, firing 39 shots, striking Mrs. Johnson 5 times. The RED DOG unit then searched her home for drugs and cash while she lay bleeding to death. Finding nothing incriminating, they planted marijuana in an attempt to cover up the murder. This case is most unusual as three cops were actually sentenced for their acts.
Austin, Texas
Michael Paxton was playing catch in his backyard with his Australian Cattle Dog. A police officer, responding to a 911 call, drove (erroneously) into Paxton's driveway and confronted Paxton. The dog, Cisco, ran over to see what was going on and was shot and killed by the officer who 'feared' for his safety. Nationally there are no statistics kept on the number of pets killed by cops, but the stories are abundant and varied. Here's an extremely brief example (scroll down for photos and stories of various dogs killed):
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Eighteen-year old Jordan Miles was walking home from a friend's house one evening in 2010. Suddenly an unmarked vehicle pulled up alongside him and three police, NOT in uniform, exited the UNMARKED car and approached Miles.
Until this point in time, Miles had never been in trouble with the law. In fact he was an honors student at a prestigious area high school. The police claimed they had received a complaint that Miles had been 'loitering' in front of his friend's home and his friend's mother had called police.
The police further claimed they spotted a likely weapon in Miles' pocket and ordered him to show his hands, but Miles instead took off running. They then claimed he slipped on ice and then violently resisted arrest.
When the case of Jordan Miles reached court, his friend's mother swore she had never called in a complaint about Miles' loitering; the police were never able to produce a weapon, and, according the Miles, the officers NEVER identified themselves as police.
Rather, as they jumped out of their vehicle they immediately asked: "Where's the drugs? Where's the money?" Miles assumed they were street thugs looking to rob him. As he had nothing of value to steal (or turn in as evidence) they simply beat the hell out of Miles and then charged him with aggravated assault and resisting arrest.
The officers involved got paid leave PLUS hypothetical overtime.
What To Do???
These are not isolated incidents. In fact, there are a few websites that attempt to compile a daily laundry list of police crimes.
So what's a rational and reasonable human to do?
First, one has to come to the understanding that Police today are NOT the police of 30 years ago. While there have always been rogue cops and abusers of power, today's young officer is trained from day 1 to be scared of the public and to Act, rather than react.
Additionally, they feel protected. Only when there is a mountain of evidence will a District Attorney's Office or the Federal Government step in and prosecute the miscreants.
Also, police are trained to feel as if the public is conspiring to get them. Thus they preserve and even beef-up the 'Thin Blue Line'. It is extraordinarily rare for an officer to stand up to abusive fellow officers.
And when they do dare to 'serve and protect' they are likely face discipline or even termination (see:
Police Unions generally go far out of their way to protect and defend the corrupt within their ranks. Sometimes it seems as if the only time they wish to excommunicate a member is when a retired officer wears his uniform to an Occupy Wall Street Protest .
There was a time when the majority of citizens trusted their government. Now, people are less willing to be played for suckers.
They need to recognize police are in place today to defend the banking elite that controls the State.
Second, video is essential for justice. One cannot rely on 1 or 2 cops to cross that Thin Blue Line and go against their brothers.
They'd much rather lie in their reports, to investigators, and on the witness stand. Shunning is difficult for anyone, but police seem especially cowed by the threat of being shunned.
Further, witnesses aren't too reliable. But if you are able to record your interaction with the police you have a much better chance with an audio or video recording.
There's a reason police nationwide are doing everything they can to see to it that it becomes illegal for citizens to snap photos or record them as they 'keep the peace'. There are now (relatively) inexpensive recording devices that one can place in one's car that record the action if you are pulled over. If police are at your door, try to train a camera and just let it record.
Third, when you are served with jury duty, GO! But first read about your rights and responsibilities as a jury as outlined by the Founding Fathers (see sec. 1, Handbook for Jurors:
Just don't broadcast to anyone your new-found knowledge. Should you have the good fortune to serve on a case that was brought about by either an immoral or unconstitutional law, you have the absolute power to acquit!
Additionally, should the defendant complain about police brutality or claim the police are lying .. it is very likely that the defendant is telling the truth. The System is allowing the Police to run rampant and lie with impunity.
As more and more of these cases come to light, it serves to shake more Americans out of their stupor and realize the police today are, whether willingly or not, serving their true masters, the Illuminati.

Towards a North American Police State and Security Perimeter: US-Canada "Beyond the Border Agreement"
by Dana Gabriel
Global Research, May 14, 2012
Through the Beyond the Border agreement released in December 2011, the U.S. and Canada are quietly implementing initiatives that are working towards establishing a North American security perimeter. This includes expanding trusted traveler programs, as well as enhancing integrated law enforcement and information sharing cooperation which has raised many privacy concerns that have yet to be properly addressed.
There are questions surrounding the Conservative government’s Bill C-38, the Budget Implementation Act that also contains changes related to the U.S.-Canada Beyond the Border action plan. This includes ratifying and making the Shiprider a legal and permanent program which will require amending the Criminal Code, along with the RCMP and Customs Act. The joint initiative officially known as the Integrated Cross-Border Maritime Law Enforcement Operations first began as a pilot project. It allows RCMP and U.S. Coast Guard officers to operate vessels together and pursue criminals in the waters of both countries. The Council of Canadians reported that the NDP is demanding that the Shiprider policing program be taken out of budget implementation bill. Brian Masse, the NDP border critic is pushing for separate legislation and pointed out that, “it’s totally irresponsible to have it as part of the Budget Implementation Act.” He added, “There’s significant policing issues that really warrant a standalone bill. If it was so important that they did all the fanfare for it, why doesn’t it warrant its own process?” The proposed changes could have serious sovereignty implications with regards to accountability, due process and civil rights and therefore, need to be fully scrutinized.
The U.S. and Canada are also scheduled to deploy a land-based version of the Shiprider program at some point this summer. As part of the security perimeter deal, both countries will, “implement two Next-Generation pilot projects to create integrated teams in areas such as intelligence and criminal investigations, and an intelligence-led uniformed presence between ports of entry.” In September 2011, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder revealed plans that would allow law enforcement officers to operate on both sides of the border. He announced that, “the creation of ‘NextGen’ teams of cross-designated officers would allow us to more effectively identify, assess, and interdict persons and organizations involved in transnational crime.” Holder went on to say, “In conjunction with the other provisions included in the Beyond the Border Initiative, such a move would enhance our cross-border efforts and advance our information-sharing abilities.” Both countries continue to expand the nature and scope of joint law enforcement operations, along with intelligence collection and sharing.
On April 20 of this year, the Red River Integrated Border Enforcement Team’s (IBET) joint intelligence office was opened in Altona, Manitoba. The facility will house representatives from the RCMP, U.S. Border Patrol, Homeland Security. Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), as well as U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The IBET is a binational partnership designed to, “enhance border integrity and security along the shared Canada/U.S. border through identification, investigation and interdiction of persons, organizations and goods that threaten the national security of both countries or that are involved in organized criminal activity.” The specialized teams have been, “established in strategic regions to ensure more effective border enforcement capability between ports of entry, based on intelligence-led policing.” The new joint headquarters could serve as a model for other IBETs along the northern border.
On May 8, the CBP and the CBSA announced that, “they are delivering on key commitments under the U.S.-Canada Beyond the Border Action Plan for Perimeter Security and Economic Competitiveness—increasing benefits to NEXUS members, streamlining the NEXUS membership renewal process and launching a plan to increase NEXUS membership.” Under the NEXUS program, pre-screened travelers are granted expedited access across the border, by air, land or sea. Canadian Public Safety Minister Vic Toews explained that, “The Border Action Plan is designed to speed up legitimate trade and travel, and improve security in North America by aligning the entry of people and goods at the perimeter while streamlining processes at the Canada-U.S. border. With these commitments to retain and increase NEXUS membership, Canada and the United States will increase efficiency to better focus their resources and examination efforts on travellers of high or unknown risk.” NEXUS is part of the process of implementing equivalent biometric standards across North America which could be used to restrict, track and trace our movements.
Last month, Canada’s federal privacy commissioner Jennifer Stoddart, along with her provincial and territorial colleagues urged transparency and respect of Canadian privacy standards with regards to the perimeter security agreement. A joint resolution recommended that, “Any initiatives under the plan that collect personal information should also include appropriate redress and remedy mechanisms to review files for accuracy, correct inaccuracies and restrict disclosures to other countries; Parliament, provincial Privacy Commissioners and civil society should be engaged as initiatives under the plan take shape; Information about Canadians should be stored on Canadian soil whenever feasible or at least be subject to Canadian protection; and Any use of new surveillance technologies within Canada such as unmanned aerial vehicles must be subject to appropriate controls set out in a proper regulatory framework.” According to a self-imposed deadline, the U.S. and Canada are supposed to release privacy provisions associated with the perimeter security deal by May 30.
The perimeter agreement is also getting the attention of provincial and state leaders. B.C. Premier Christy Clark and Washington Governor Chris Gregoire have signed, “a joint letter to President Barack Obama and Prime Minister Stephen Harper commending the U.S.-Canada Beyond the Border Action Plan and committing British Columbia and Washington to support and expedite federal commitments to improve the flow of people, goods and services across the border.” When the perimeter security deal was first released last year, Premier Clark issued a statement which welcomed the announcement. In addition, Washington’s state Legislature passed a joint memorial which also acknowledged its support. The backing of governments at all levels will further assist in implementing some of the Beyond the Border initiatives. Not to mention the fact that state and provincial regional integration is already being achieved in areas of trade, the environment and energy.
As the U.S.-Canada action plan implementation process continues, there still remains many concerns with the further integration and militarization of the northern border. This includes the loss of sovereignty and risks to privacy rights related to more cross-border sharing of personal information. While there have been online consultations surrounding the perimeter security agreement, there has yet to be any open public hearings or congressional and parliamentary debates.
