Will Syria Be Next? (Part 4)

Was Syria a False Flag Operation
By Lynn Stuter
October 1, 2013
Further research into the situation in Syria raises some thought-provoking questions concerning who, exactly, was and is really responsible for the chemical weapons incident in the Damascus suburb of Ghouta on August 21, 2013.
On August 20, 2012, Barack Obama made his "red line" comment:
"We have been very clear to the Assad regime, but also to other players on the ground, that a red line for us is we start seeing a whole bunch of chemical weapons moving around or being utilized. That would change my calculus. That would change my equation."
Since that day, there have been several chemical weapons incidents in Syria, including …
1. Homs, December 23, 2012.
2. Northern Syrian town of Khan al-Assal, March 19, 2013.
3. Aleppo district of Sheikh Maqsoud; April 2013.
4. Saraqeb, northwestern province of Idlib, April 2013.
5. Ghouta, suburb of Damascus, August 21, 2013.
6. Bahhariyeh, east of central Damascus, August 22, 2013.
7. Jobar, east of central Damascus, August 24, 2013.
8. Ashrafiat Sahnaya to the southwest of Damascus, August 25, 2013.
Sources: U.N. probing more Syria chemical attacks, inspections to start; UN team reports 10 incidents of chemical weapon use by Syria; Report: Chemical Weapons Used in Syria
The actual number of incidents seems to be in question; ranging from ten (10) to thirteen (13) with no firm information, aside from those listed above, of where and when these incidents happened. Being unfamiliar with the geographical layout of Syria, not knowing how the country is laid out in terms of governmental entities (provinces, districts, municipalities, etc.) makes it hard to discern individual incidents without duplication; indeed, there may be duplication in the noted incidents above.
In each of the alleged incidents, noted above, with the exception of the August 21, 2013 Ghouta incident, the Obama and company response has been lackluster at best; especially in
light of the "red line" comment.
On August 18, 2013, the UN Chemical Weapons team arrived in Damascus. Different sources give conflicting information on how many alleged incidents of chemical weapon use the UN team was there to investigate but all seem to agree that one of the incidents was in the Aleppo district in April 2013. Several sources state the investigation of this incident was at the request of Bashar el-Assad, president of Syria.
There are decided differences between the response of Obama and company to the August 21, 2013 incident in the Damascus suburb of Ghouta and the other incidents.
1. Of the ten (10) to thirteen (13) alleged chemical weapons incidents, both before and after, the only incident that provoked a measurable response from Obama and company was the August 21, 2013 incident.
2. In all the alleged chemical weapons incidents prior to August 21, 2013, Obama and company claimed the evidence was incomplete, in need of further investigation, etc; of the three alleged chemical weapon incidents subsequent to August 21, 2013, Obama and company have made no comment whatsoever; whereas, with the August 21, 2013 incident, Obama was accusing Bashar el-Assad of using chemical weapons within hours of the incident with no credible evidence.
3. In all the prior alleged chemical weapons incidents, Obama and company pushed for a UN investigation to ascertain the facts; whereas, with the August 21, 2013 incident, Obama wanted the UN team out of Syria immediately.
Now, one can look at all this and proclaim that Obama is just plain crazy, unpredictable, double-minded, etc; but, in consideration of the growing mountain of lies that Obama and company have told, fostered, nurtured, advanced in pursuit of the Obama anti-American agenda; in consideration of the growing number of scandals tied to Obama and company since January 2009; it would seem prudent for the American people to take nothing for granted, to look further.
When I did, I found a very interesting expose, published in January 2013, alleging a pending Obama false-flag operation, using chemical weapons, in Syria, intended to provoke an international response. Even though the e-mail, at the center of that expose, has since been proven to be fraudulent, the e-mail and expose are rather prescient considering the Obama and company response to the August 21, 2013 incident in the Ghouta suburb of Damascus.
Many have questioned why Bashar el-Assad would use chemical weapons in the Ghouta suburb of Damascus when the UN Chemical Weapons Team was already in Damascus, close at hand; when such would divert the UN team from its original mission in Aleppo which several sources have stated was requested by el-Assad. Does it make sense that el-Assad would want the UN team diverted from investigating the Aleppo incident? Obviously, it would not when he requested that investigation.
What does make sense is a false-flag operation, committed by someone with a vested interest in provoking an international response at a time when Syrian forces were making sizable gains against the Syrian rebels; rebels, I might add, who are being provided arms and munitions by Obama and company, along with other supplies, some of which are being provided in violation of existing U.S. law.
Then there is this report, the origins of which I cannot locate on the International Institute for Peace, Justice and Human Rights website. The link to this report comes from this webpage where it is noted that this report is preliminary; that a final report will be forthcoming. This report makes three allegations:
1. The videos shown to the U.S. House and Senate intelligence committees, as well as the American people by the mainstream media, the same videos on which Obama based several of his comments to the American people on September 10, 2013, of the chemical weapon incident in Ghouta, on August 21, 2013, were uploaded to a California server before the incident happened, or shortly thereafter, making it impossible that they are authentic.
2. The videos show "a clear absence of a normal Syrian family life, with no signs of the presence of a resident civilian population" and amount to propaganda on the part of Syrian rebels (page 3).
3. A large number of women and children were kidnapped by the al Qaeda affiliated terrorist cell, al Nusra, from eleven villages in the Lattakiah mountains; some of the children seen in the videos Americans saw, of the August 21, 2013 Ghouta incident, have been identified as being among those kidnapped (pages 3 and 44).
While one could arguably say that all of this is pure conjecture, the report too closely dovetails the allegations of a pending false-flag operation. And when one takes into account …
1. the sudden and about-face response of Obama and company to this one incident, of all the incidents;
2. the Obama and company support of the Syrian rebels which includes the al Qaeda affiliated terrorist cell, al Nusra;
3. that Obama wanted the UN Chemical Weapon team out of Syria immediately following the August 21, 2013 incident in the Damascus suburb of Ghouta;
4. The UN Chemical Weapon team report on the #HYPERLINK ""
Damascus suburb chemical attack shows pictures of the missile parts found at the scene; the numbering on those parts indicates the parts, at least, were manufactured in the United States, England, Germany or France;
… the whole of this incident becomes suspect. It almost seems as if it was a well-planned, staged event; ie, a false-flag operation.
With regard to number four above, have these numbered parts been traced? If so, where were these parts manufactured? If they haven't been traced, why not? It would only seem logical that such would be done.
The following articles provide information that tends to support the idea that the Ghouta chemical weapon incident was a false-flag operation. Note the reference to Saudi Prince Bandar bin Sultan, "a veteran of the diplomatic intrigues of Washington and the Arab world … [who] worked Washington to back a program to arm and train rebels out of a planned military base in Jordan."

What a growing number of Americans have come to realize is that it is not wise for any American to believe what they see on their television screens coming from the alphabet soup of mainstream media outlets, better known as the propaganda arm of the federal government.
Are the American people being lied to about the Damascus suburbs incident on August 21, 2013? The Obama and company response to this one incident, of all the incidents, definitely makes it suspect.
Are the American people being lied to about what really happened on August 21, 2013 in the Damascus suburb of Ghouta? Given that the majority of Americans know very little about the social and familial culture of Syria, how hard would it be to make the American people believe a total fabrication?
And as has been proven too many times already, anyone who believes anything coming from the mouths of Obama and company does so at their own peril!

Obama Arming Syrian Terrorists

By Cliff Kincaid
September 13, 2013
It sounds like a sensational charge. “Twelve years after we were attacked by al Qaeda, 12 years after 3,000 Americans were killed by al Qaeda, President Obama now asks us to be allies with al Qaeda,” Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) says.
But support for the senator’s point came in the form of an NBC Nightly News report by correspondent Richard Engel on Wednesday night. Anchor Brian Williams described it as “an exclusive look at how al-Qaeda is increasingly in this fight,” in Syria.

Reporting from southern Turkey, Engel said, “The U.S. has decided it is not going to intervene in Syria, at least for now. But al Qaeda is. Every day we see its fighters in this city in the streets, at the airports, heading into Syria.”
Engel interviewed someone named Abu Abdul Rahman, on his way to Syria to fight with al Qaeda. “We have a prayer. Oh, Allah. Please annihilate enemies. Bashar is an enemy. America is an enemy. Let them fight.”
He says, “This was a dream for me to wage jihad, to bleed for Allah.”

Despite the claim about the U.S. not intervening, The Washington Post reports that the Obama administration is going ahead anyway, and that “The CIA has begun delivering weapons to rebels in Syria, ending months of delay in lethal aid that had been promised by the Obama administration…” The cost is estimated at $250 million.

The Post claims the aid is “aimed at supporting rebel fighters who are under the command of Gen. Salim Idris,” a so-called “moderate,” but quotes officials as saying there are fears that assistance “could wind up in the hands of jihadists.” One official insisted, “We vet individuals who are getting our assistance to make sure they are not affiliated with terror organizations.”
Other than “vetting,” whatever that means, the paper did not explain any more about the safeguards in place to stop the weapons and other aid from getting into the hands of al Qaeda.

The “moderate” General Idris, a favorite of the Obama Administration and Al Jazeera, told the Muslim Brotherhood channel in a May 8 video interview that “Israel is an enemy country,” and that Assad and the Lebanese terrorist group Hezbollah are “Israeli collaborators.”

These are hardly “moderate” comments.
The Post said the secret CIA policy had the support of Republican Senator Bob Corker (TN), “who has pressed the Obama administration to do more to help the rebels.” Corker is the ranking member of the Foreign Relations Committee and voted for a resolution authorizing war in Syria.

Mike Flynn of Breitbart mocked Corker as one of the “big thinkers” in the Republican Party, who believes “that we aren’t arming jihadis quickly enough.”

A smuggler told NBC’s Engel that he had moved 300 foreign fighters from Turkey to Syria in the past four months, and many other smugglers are “doing exactly the same thing.” In al Qaeda-controlled areas of Syria, Engel reported how “Islamic justice” is meted out: public executions, and a man being whipped for marrying a woman too soon after her divorce.

In an earlier report, Engel noted, “Al Qaeda put out the call to go to Syria and it was answered.”

He reported, “The al-Nusra Front used to be the worst, the hardest of the hardcore Islamists, earning a spot on the State Department’s list of terrorist groups. But now, Nusra has been surpassed by newer, more bloodthirsty gangs. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (also known as ISIS) is more radical than Nusra. So are the Mohajeroun, ‘the migrants.’”
Engel asked, “So who exactly would the United States be helping if it bombed Syria? We don’t really know. Neither do many Syrians. In some ways Washington would be providing air support for al Qaeda-backed fighters. The extremists would benefit from U.S. military intervention and try to make advances. But attacking Assad’s regime would also help the FSA [Free Syrian Army] and its moderate leader General Salim Idris, a U.S. ally.”

The idea of “moderates” in the opposition is an idea popularized by the discredited Elizabeth O’Bagy, just fired by the Institute for the Study of War for claiming a non-existent Ph.D. She had been a regular commentator on television and a major source of information for the Obama administration and Republican Senator John McCain (R-AZ).
She is apparently still serving as the “political director” of the Syrian Emergency Task Force, a pro-rebel group. Her work for the organization had been concealed by the media, including The Wall Street Journal, which promoted her views about “moderates” in the Syrian opposition.

America, Syria, Russia, Analysis and Prophecy
By Paul McGuire
September 10, 2013
On June 11, 2012, I wrote an article for “Armageddon a Space War Coming to You Soon,” where I discussed the globalist elite and their plan to invade Syria.

The United States and Russia have massive stockpiles of thermonuclear weapons and nuclear missiles that could destroy the world many times over. At some point in the near future, Israel and the U.S. will be involved in some kind of military action against Iran. Syria is a key battlefield and the NATO leaders, who met in Chicago, recently, have a regime change planned for Syria.
However, Russia and China will not stand idly by and the world is on the brink of a thermonuclear confrontation.
A little more than a year later, the Pentagon is moving a sixth warship armed with cruise missiles to the eastern Mediterranean Sea, giving the U.S. more firepower for a possible attack on Syria in response to alleged use of chemical weapons, a U.S. defense official said. According to reports, the guided-missile destroyer Stout will soon join four other missile-carrying U.S. destroyers within range of Syria. Each destroyer can carry up to 90 cruise missiles which have a range of nearly 1,000 miles. Whether they will acknowledge it in public or not, the international community and the United Nations look to the American Empire to supply its massive military force to solve international conflicts.
What is happening in Syria will not only affect America, Russia, Great Britain, China, Syria, Iran, and Israel. It will affect the entire world because Syria, controlling major oil assets off its coast, occupies a critical position in the global oil economy. It is possible for oil prices to go through the roof, and that would send a tsunami across the global economy. There have been reports put out by big banks, like SocGen and Goldman Sachs, that oil could soar to $150 a barrel if the Syrian conflict goes hot and draws in Russia and China. The global financial elite have a huge stake in the oil supplies in Syria. Russia now controls the oil coming out of Syria and is being sold throughout Europe and China. However, there appears to be a battle for the control of that oil.
According to Steve Quayle, “The Nabucco Agreement was signed by a handful of European nations and Turkey back in 2009. It was an agreement to run a natural gas pipeline across Turkey into Austria, bypassing Russia again with Qatar in the mix as a supplier to a feeder pipeline via the proposed Arab pipeline from Libya to Egypt to Nabucco (is the picture getting clearer?). The problem with all of this is that a Russian backed Syria stands in the way.
Qatar would love to sell its LNG to the EU and the hot Mediterranean markets. The problem for Qatar in achieving this is Saudi Arabia. The Saudis have already said "NO" to an overland pipe cutting across the Land of Saud. The only solution for Qatar if it wants to sell its oil is to cut a deal with the U.S.”
Recently Exxon Mobile, which was originally formed as Standard Oil by John D. Rockefeller in 1875 and Qatar Petroleum International, have made an estimated $10 Billion deal that allows Exxon Mobile to sell natural gas through a port in Texas to the UK and Mediterranean markets. The same Rockefeller family which is behind Exxon Mobile is the same Rockefeller that created the first trial run at a global government through the League of Nations in 1920.
In addition to forming the United Nations and the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR),
Rockefeller has spent hundreds of millions of dollars in an effort to create a one world religion.
The Rockefeller World Council of Churches, (WCC) has developed a new theology for a New World Order. They are actively re-shaping and changing Evangelical Christian religious doctrines from within. A number of prominent Evangelical leaders and churches are being financed by Rockefeller money in order to bring in this one world religion!
Yet, while many Evangelical churches are being seduced away from the Word of God, God’s prophetic Word is being fulfilled all around us. Ironically, these Evangelical churches which have signed on to the Rockefeller financed theology, forbid the detailed teaching of Bible prophecy!
Although, Bible scholars disagree as to the timing of Ezekiel 38 and Psalm 83 War, the names of the nations involved should cause us to study our Bibles.
The prophet Ezekiel predicted a future conflict involving many of the nations we read about in the news every day:
And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him,
And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:
And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of armour, even a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords:
Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya with them; all of them with shield and helmet:
Gomer, and all his bands; the house of Togarmah of the north quarters, and all his bands: and many people with thee.
Be thou prepared, and prepare for thyself, thou, and all thy company that are assembled unto thee, and be thou a guard unto them.
After many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter years thou shalt come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them.
Thou shalt ascend and come like a storm, thou shalt be like a cloud to cover the land, thou, and all thy bands, and many people with thee. -Ezekiel 38:1-9
The modern nations listed in Ezekiel 38:
Land of Magog Russia
Persia Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan
Ethiopia Ethiopia and Sudan
Libya Libya
Ashkenaz Austria and Germany
Gomer Eastern Europe
Russia has military installations in Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, Libya, and Egypt. In addition, Russia can airlift large numbers of troops into Syria.
Author Bill Salus said, “Psalm 83 appears to be a 3000-year old prophecy that awaits an imminent fulfillment. The Psalm presages the coming of a climactic, concluding Arab – Israeli war. It involves the nations displayed below. The image identifies the confederates by their ancient names alongside their modern-day equivalents.

Asaph, the Psalm’s author, informs us that this conglomerate of nations and terrorist populations confederate and form a cunning strategy to wipe the Jewish state off the map. Their goal is to dispossess Israel of its Promised Land. If the event were to happen in the near future it would most likely manifest into a massive Arab war against Israel in an attempt to form one last Arab state called Palestine.” Salus identifies Assyria with modern Syria.” Although, this interpretation is not a consensus among prophecy scholars, it offers a different perspective on end time events.

I don’t believe it is possible to understand what is going on in Syria, the economy, and the world situation without understanding Bible prophecy. In order to investigate Bible prophecy, one must reject a cultural bias against it, even if he or she does not agree with its conclusions. Although, one can understand bias by the secular media, it is difficult to understand the bias against God’s Word by those who call themselves Christians. Clearly, there is debate among Christians as to the interpretation of prophetic Scriptures. But, when a majority of “Bible believing Christians” has a bias against the Word of God, you have at the very least an oxymoron.

Total Fabrication Laid Bare in March to War With Syria
Brandon Turbeville

Tuesday, August 27, 2013

While the Western world gears up for possible military action against Syria using an alleged chemical weapons attack as justification, vastly more evidence points to the culpability of the death squads than to that of the Syrian government. Information continues to emerge disproving the mainstream media and Western government claims regarding the tragedy which took place last week.
I have written an article entitled “Propaganda Overdrive Suggests Syria War Coming Soon,”[1] in which I discuss the history of false flag chemical attacks to be blamed on the Syrian government, as well as deconstruct the official narrative regarding the recent “chemical weapons attack” which took place in the Eastern Ghouta region. I would encourage all of the readers to access this article in order to gain an important conceptual understanding and chronologically relevant perspective surrounding recent events.
Yet, even in that article, which desires to stand as a comprehensive discussion of situations such as the Syrian chemical weapons attack and the subsequent military action that might result from the spin placed around media and governmental reports of such attacks, vital information is often not available due to its gradual release.
For instance, on August 27, 2013, Jerome Corsi of World Net Daily[2] released an article detailing photos, audio recordings, and clear video evidence of Syrian “rebels” (more aptly-named “death squads”) possessing and using chemical weapons.
Indeed, in one of the videos, which can be viewed below, one can clearly see Free Syrian Army (FSA) death squad members launching a Sarin gas attack on a Syrian village.
In a separate video, which was posted to YouTube, one can see what appears to be the Syrian death squad forces loading a canister containing nerve gas onto a rocket which presumably would be used to fire on both Syrian Army soldiers and civilians alike given the history and track record of the death squads thus far.
In addition, another video shows an arsenal of weapons, including a sizeable portion of chemical agents and nerve gas weapons which were captured by the Syrian Army from a death squad holdout in Jobar, Syria. A close up of the video footage shows that the chemical weapons were actually manufactured by a Saudi Arabian corporation known as
Sachlo,[3] the “Saudi factory for chlorine and alkalies.” It should also be noted that chlorine can easily be used as a chemical weapon if mixed and dispersed properly and it has been used for both in the past,[4] apparently even so in Syria.[5]
A report by RT demonstrates that even more chemical weapons and chemical weapons-related materials manufactured by Saudi Arabia were found by the Syrian military after seizing death squad weapons caches.
Corsi also reports that a translated conversation between a terrorist death squad member in Homs, Syria and his boss located in Saudi Arabia, which was broadcast on Syrian television, indicates that it was, in fact, the Syrian death squads who were responsible for the chemical weapons attacks, not the Assad government. As Corsi writes,
On Aug. 23, hosted an audio recording of a phone call[6] broadcast on Syrian TV between a terrorist affiliated with the rebel civilian militia “Shuhada al-Bayada Battalion” in Homs, Syria, and his Saudi Arabian boss, identified as “Abulbasit.” The phone call indicates rebel-affiliated terrorists in Syria, not the Assad government, launched the chemical weapons attack in Deir Ballba in the Homs, Syria, countryside.
The terrorist said his group, which comprises 200 terrorists escaped from al-Bayadah to al-Daar al-Kabera through a tunnel, needed to buy weapons to attack Homs.
The Saudi financier, who was in Cairo, asked the Syrian terrorists to give details about his group and how it will receive the money. The Saudi admitted his support to terrorists in Daraa and the Damascus countryside. The Syrian terrorist told him that one of the achievements of his “battalion” was the use of chemical weapons in Deir Ballba.
The recorded phone call disclosed the cooperation between two terrorist groups in Syria to bring two bottles of Sarin Gas from the Barzeh neighborhood in Damascus.
Russian media sources have consistently reported[7] Syrian military have discovered rebel warehouses containing chemical weapons agents and have documented rebel chemical weapons attacks on the Syrian civilians the military.
Of course, it should be pointed out that, even as far back as May, 2013,[8] Turkish security forces discovered a 2kg cylinder containing Sarin nerve gas after searching the homes of Syrian death squad members. The gas was apparently going to be used in a bomb.
The death squad attack was allegedly going to be used inside the Adana, Turkey area, thus demonstrating the intellectual prowess of the death squads given that Turkey has aided them and their movement since the beginning of the Syrian crisis.
Even more telling than the Turkish discovery, however, is the fact that Syrian Television networks have reported that Syrian Army soldiers found chemical weapons inside death squad tunnels located in the Damascus suburb of Jobar. Syrian State Television networks
were being quoted as saying,[9] that “Army heroes are entering the tunnels of the terrorists and saw chemical agents. In some cases, soldiers are suffocating while entering Jobar."
Reuters also reports that,[10]
Syria accuses rebels of staging the attack to provoke intervention. State television said soldiers had found chemical weapons on Saturday in tunnels that had been used by rebels.
A presenter said five blue and green plastic storage drums shown in video footage, along with rusty mortar bombs, grenades, domestic gas canisters and vials labeled "atropine", a nerve gas antidote, were proof that rebels had used chemical weapons.
Of course, there also exists the claims that several videos showing the effects of the chemical weapons used in Eastern Ghouta, Syria were allegedly uploaded a full day before the events actually took place. Voice of Russia has stated,[11]
The Islamic politics and cultural website Islamic Invitation Turkey claims that several videos were uploaded one day before the reports on chemical weapons use near Damascus in Syria. This evidence shows that the terrorists massacred people then recorded the scenes to deceive the world, but they gave themselves away. Terrorists in Syria uploaded the video of their crimes in East Ghouta, Damascus on August 20, 2013 and then blamed the Syrian government for the attack early on August 21, 2013, says the IIT website.
This evidence supposedly shows the massacre by terrorists in Syria and their struggle to convince the public that the Syrian regime is behind the massacre. You will see that the terrorists uploaded the videos before the massacre and their so-called allegation of the time when the chemical weapons attack by the Syrian Army occurred.
NOTE: Screenshots, still photos, and video can be seen in the original Voice of Russia report linked above.
In the end, the propaganda being replayed on the television screens of millions of Americans and millions more Westerners in general is nothing more than the same script that has been replayed time and time again whenever the Anglo-American establishment sets its sights on war with yet another nation. Before military action is taken, a successful campaign of goading and warmongering must be waged on the domestic population so that the poor, working, and even middle class will be thoroughly aroused to hand over their lives and the lives of their children for a cause that only exists in the minds of those who will be fighting the battles.
Thus, we cannot allow false claims of atrocities or phantom threats of frightening weapons to be used to justify American military intervention in yet another Middle Eastern country. Indeed, our experiences with “incubator babies” and weapons of mass destruction should serve as a reminder whenever we are faced with nerve gas victims and chemical weapons.

“Doctors” Behind Syrian Chemical Weapons Claims are Aiding Terrorists
Global Research, August 25, 2013
Url of this article:
The “evidence” upon which the West is propping up its narrative of the Syrian government using chemical weapons against large numbers of civilians hinges so far entirely on claims made by “Doctors Without Borders.” In the New York Times article, “
Signs of Chemical Attack Detailed by Aid Group,” it is reported:

An international aid group said Saturday that medical centers it supported near the site of a suspected chemical weapons attack near Damascus received more than 3,000 patients showing symptoms consistent with exposure to toxic nerve agents on the morning of the reported attack.
Of those, 355 died, said the group, Doctors Without Borders.
The statement is the first issued by an international organization working in Syria about the attack on Wednesday in the suburbs northeast of Damascus, the capital.

While it is often described by the Western media as “independent,” nothing could be further from the truth.
To begin with, Doctors Without Borders is fully funded by the very same corporate financier interests behind Wall Street and London’s collective foreign policy, including regime change in Syria and neighboring Iran. Doctors Without Borders’ own annual report (2010 report can be accessed here), includes as financial donors, Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo, Citigroup, Google, Microsoft, Bloomberg, Mitt Romney’s Bain Capital, and a myriad of other corporate-financier interests.
Doctors Without Borders also features bankers upon its Board of Advisers including Elizabeth Beshel Robinson of Goldman Sachs.
Complicating further Doctors Without Borders so-called “independ” and “aid” claims is the fact that their medical facilities are set up in terrorist held regions of Syria, especially along Syria’s northern border with NATO-member Turkey. In an interview with NPR, Doctors Without Borders’ Stephen Cornish revealed the nature of his organization’s involvement in the Syrian conflict, where he explains that aid is being sent to regions outside of the Syrian government’s control, and that his organization is in fact setting up facilities in these areas. Cornish admits [emphasis added]:
Over the past months, we’ve had a surgery that was opened inside a cave. We’ve had another that was opened in a chicken farm, a third one in a house. And these structures, we’ve tried to outfit them as best as we can with enough modern technology and with full medical teams. They originally were dealing mainly with combatant injuries and people who were – civilians who were directly affected by the conflict.

In other words, the Wall Street-funded organization is providing support for militants armed and funded by the West and its regional allies, most of whom are revealed to be foreign fighters, affiliated with or directly belonging to Al Qaeda and its defacto political wing, the Muslim Brotherhood. This so-called “international aid” organization is in actuality yet another cog in the covert military machine being turned against Syria and serves the role as a medical battalion.
The “hospitals” in Damascus being supported by Doctors Without Borders are in areas now under threat of being retaken by government forces, and it’s these facilities that the Western media is drawing on for “evidence” that first, a chemical attack took place, and second, that it was the government who carried it out. What the Western media is not telling their audiences, is that even Doctors Without Borders admits their own team members are not present at these medical facilities and have only been sending supplies to them – in other words, this evidence is hearsay emanating from terrorist held areas, merely dressed up and spun as actual evidence from a so-called “reputable” international organization.
Since 2012, MSF has built a strong and reliable collaboration with medical networks, hospitals and medical points in the Damascus governorate, and has been providing them with drugs, medical equipment and technical support. Due to significant security risks, MSF staff members have not been able to access the facilities.

It was further explained that:
“MSF can neither scientifically confirm the cause of these symptoms nor establish who is responsible for the attack,” said Dr. Janssens.

It is most likely hoped that the vast majority of those reading their news simply take the compromised Western media for their word and never bother to read what Doctors Without Borders actually is doing in Syria or what they even really said regarding the most recent incident.
A similar routine was used in Libya where Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International spent their legitimacy attempting to create a pretext for Western military intervention there.

Terrorists in Syria Used WMDs, Obama-NATO Ignores all Evidence
Evidence Indicates that Syrian Government Did Not Launch a Chemical Weapon Attack Against Its People
Global Research, August 24, 2013
Url of this article:

CBS News reports that the U.S. is finalizing plans for war against Syria – and positioning ships to launch cruise missiles against the Syrian government – based on the claim that the Syrian government used chemical weapons against its people.
The last time the U.S. blamed the Syrian government for a chemical weapons attack, that claim was debunked.
But is the claim that the Syrian government used chemical weapons against its people true this time?
It’s not surprising that Syria’s close ally – Russia – is expressing doubt. Agence France-Presse (AFP) notes:
Russia, which has previously said it has proof of chemical weapons use by the rebels, expressed deep scepticism about the opposition’s claims.
The foreign ministry said the timing of the allegations as UN inspectors began their work “makes us think that we are once again dealing with a premeditated provocation.”

But Russia isn’t the only doubter.
AFP reports:
“At the moment, I am not totally convinced because the people that are helping them are without any protective clothing and without any respirators,” said Paula Vanninen, director of Verifin, the Finnish Institute for Verification of the Chemical Weapons Convention.
“In a real case, they would also be contaminated and would also be having symptoms.”
John Hart, head of the Chemical and Biological Security Project at Stockholm International Peace Research Institute said he had not seen the telltale evidence in the eyes of the victims that would be compelling evidence of chemical weapons use.
“Of the videos that I’ve seen for the last few hours, none of them show pinpoint pupils... this would indicate exposure to organophosphorus nerve agents,” he said.
Gwyn Winfield, editor of CBRNe World magazine, which specialises in chemical weapons issues, said the evidence did not suggest that the chemicals used were of the weapons-grade that the Syrian army possesses in its stockpiles.
“We’re not seeing reports that doctors and nurses... are becoming fatalities, so that would suggest that the toxicity of it isn’t what we would consider military sarin. It may well be that it is a lower-grade,” Winfield told AFP.

Haaretz reports:
Western experts on chemical warfare who have examined at least part of the footage are skeptical that weapons-grade chemical substances were used, although they all emphasize that serious conclusions cannot be reached without thorough on-site examination.
Dan Kaszeta, a former officer of the U.S. Army’s Chemical Corps and a leading private consultant, pointed out a number of details absent from the footage so far: “None of the people treating the casualties or photographing them are wearing any sort of chemical-warfare protective gear,” he says, “and despite that, none of them seem to be harmed.” This would seem to rule out most types of military-grade chemical weapons, including the vast majority of nerve gases, since these substances would not evaporate immediately, especially if they were used in sufficient quantities to kill hundreds of people, but rather leave a level of contamination on clothes and bodies which would harm anyone coming in unprotected contact with them in the hours after an attack. In addition, he says that “there are none of the other signs you would expect to see in the aftermath of a chemical attack, such as intermediate levels of casualties, severe visual problems, vomiting and loss of bowel control.”
Steve Johnson, a leading researcher on the effects of hazardous material exposure at England’s Cranfield University who has worked with Britain’s Ministry of Defense on chemical warfare issues, agrees that “from the details we have seen so far, a large number of casualties over a wide area would mean quite a pervasive dispersal. With that level of chemical agent, you would expect to see a lot of contamination on the casualties coming in, and it would affect those treating them who are not properly protected. We are not seeing that here.”
Additional questions also remain unanswered, especially regarding the timing of the attack, being that it occurred on the exact same day that a team of UN inspectors was in Damascus to investigate earlier claims of chemical weapons use. It is also unclear what tactical goal the Syrian army would have been trying to achieve, when over the last few weeks it has managed to push back the rebels who were encroaching on central areas of the capital. But if this was not a chemical weapons attack, what then caused the deaths of so many people without any external signs of trauma?
The Syrian rebels (and perhaps other players in the region) have a clear interest in presenting this as the largest chemical attack by the army loyal to Syrian President Bashar Assad to date, even if the cause was otherwise, especially while the UN inspectors are in the country. It is also in their interest to do so whilst U.S. President Barack Obama remains reluctant to commit any military support to the rebels, when only the crossing of a “red line” could convince him to change his policy.
The rebels and the doctors on the scene may indeed believe that chemical weapons were used, since they fear such an attack, but they may not have the necessary knowledge and means to make such a diagnosis. The European Union demanded Wednesday that the UN inspectors be granted access to the new sites of alleged chemical attacks, but since this is not within the team’s mandate, it is unlikely that the Syrian government will do so.

Stephen Johnson, an expert in weapons and chemical explosives at Cranfield Forensic Institute, said that the video footage looked suspect:
There are, within some of the videos, examples which seem a little hyper-real, and almost as if they’ve been set up. Which is not to say that they are fake but it does cause some concern. Some of the people with foaming, the foam seems to be too white, too pure, and not consistent with the sort of internal injury you might expect to see, which you’d expect to be bloodier or yellower.
Chemical and biological weapons researcher Jean Pascal Zanders said that the footage appears to show victims of asphyxiation, which is not consistent with the use of mustard gas or the nerve agents VX or sarin:
I’m deliberately not using the term chemical weapons here,” he said, adding that the use of “industrial toxicants” was a more likely explanation.
Michael Rivero asks:
1. Why would Syria’s Assad invite United Nations chemical weapons inspectors to Syria, then launch a chemical weapons attack against women and children on the very day they arrive, just miles from where they are staying?
2. If Assad were going to use chemical weapons, wouldn’t he use them against the hired mercenary army trying to oust him? What does he gain attacking women and children? Nothing! The gain is all on the side of the US Government desperate to get the war agenda going again.
As I type these words, US trained and equipped forces are already across the border into Syria, and US naval forces are sailing into position to launch a massive cruise missile attack into Syria that will surely kill more Syrians than were claimed to have died in the chemical attack.

Last time there was a chemical weapon attack in Syria, Bush administration office Colonel Lawrence Wilkerson said that he thought Israel might have given chemical weapons to the Syrian rebels to frame the government.
British MP George Galloway just floated the same theory in regards to the new chemical weapon attack.
Of course, we don’t know who carried out the attack, or what weapon was used.

But given the well-documented fact that the U.S. has been planning regime change in Syria for 20 years straight – and planned to use false ploys for 50 years – it is worth being skeptical until all of the evidence is in.

Indeed, many are asking whether this is Iraq War 2.0. For example, the Independent writes:
Pictures showing that the Syrian army used chemical weapons against rebel-held Eastern Ghouta just east of Damascus are ... likely to be viewed sceptically because the claims so much resemble those made about Saddam Hussein’s possession of weapons of mass destruction (WMDs) before the US and British invasion of Iraq in 2003.
Like the Iraqi opposition to Saddam, who provided most of the evidence of WMDs, the Syrian opposition has every incentive to show the Syrian government deploying chemical weapons in order to trigger foreign intervention.
But the obvious fact that for the Syrian government to use chemical weapons would be much against their own interests does not prove it did not happen. Governments and armies do stupid things. But it is difficult to imagine any compelling reason why they should do so since they have plenty of other means of killing people in Eastern Ghouta, such as heavy artillery or small arms, which they regularly use.
The evidence so far for the use of chemical weapons by the Syrian army is second-hand and comes from a biased source.

Man Behind Syrian 'Chemical Weapons' Claim Is Fiction Writer Who Ran Benghazi Cover-Up
White House makes miraculous discovery to distract from domestic scandals
Paul Joseph Watson
June 14, 2013
Ben Rhodes [left], the White House national security advisor behind the claim that President Bashar Al-Assad used chemical weapons in Syria, is a fiction writer with zero educational background in government, diplomacy or national security who also played a key role in covering up the truth behind the attack on the US consulate in Benghazi.
Yesterday, Rhodes announced that the White House had “high confidence” that the Syrian Army had used chemical weapons, providing no evidence, and that the Obama administration would now take steps to arm FSA rebels, who as has been widely documented are being led by Al-Qaeda terrorists who killed U.S. troops in Iraq. The Wall Street Journal also reports that a no fly zone is being prepared that would embroil the United States in yet another war.
35-year-old Rhodes has been a speechwriter for Obama since 2007 and now enjoys the role of deputy national security adviser for strategic communication. He created the infamous term “kinetic military action” to describe the bombardment of Libya which allowed Obama to skirt around the constitutional question of having to declare war.
Rhodes’ expertise revolves around manufacturing narratives. “He earned a master’s degree in fiction-writing from New York University just a few years ago,” writes Ed Lansky. “He did not have a degree in government, diplomacy, national security; nor has he served in the CIA, or the military. He was toiling away not that long ago on a novel called ‘The Oasis of Love” about a mega church in Houston, a dog track, and a failed romance.”
As Stephen Hayes documents in a lengthy Weekly Standard piece, Rhodes was instrumental in altering CIA talking points to delete references to Islamic terrorists being involved in the attack on the US consulate in Benghazi, setting the foundation for the Obama administration’s cover-up of the incident by claiming the siege was a demonstration against an anti-Muslim film. This was an attempt to hide the fact that the White House had supported Al-Qaeda terrorists in the overthrow of Gaddafi, just as they are now doing in Syria.
Rhodes can also count on the support of the US corporate media in selling fairytales about chemical weapons, since his brother David is the president of CBS News.
The central involvement of a fiction writer in selling yet another war based on dubious claims about the use of weapons of mass destruction is perfectly appropriate for an administration that is clearly beating the war drums in order to distract from domestic scandals.
“Just a few weeks ago the US Intelligence Community did not believe claims that the Syrian government used chemicals, then, after scolded by the Israelis they changed their tune to a very qualified “maybe.” Now, with no formal investigation at all and no word on the chain of evidence or its source, we are told with absolute certainty that the Assad government has used the weapons. And they can’t tell us because it is secret! Just like magic these things happen when needed!” writes Daniel McAdams.
In addition, the innumerable examples of Obama-backed Syrian rebels obtaining and using chemical weapons – including the recent discovery by Turkish police of 2kg of sarin nerve gas in the hands of Al-Nusra terrorists – have been conveniently swept aside.
The question of why the Syrian Army, which has been achieving battlefield victories via conventional means for months, would use chemical weapons on a limited scale with no appreciable advantage other than to draw international condemnation and a pretext for US involvement, remains unanswered.

The White House is now accelerating America’s involvement in yet another unconstitutional, unaffordable war despite there being little appetite for it on both sides of the aisle and despite warnings that the conflict could escalate into World War 3.

In pledging to increase military support for Syrian rebels and preparing a no fly zone, the Obama administration is openly aiding terrorists who have sworn allegiance to Al-Qaeda.
- Immediately after the State Department declared Jabhat al-Nusra a terrorist organization, 29 different FSA rebel outfits pledged allegiance to the Al-Qaeda group.
- FSA rebels have vowed to “fight the U.S.” once they finish with Bashar Al-Assad.
- FSA rebels have been filmed burning US and Israeli flags on more than one occasion.
- FSA rebels have been filmed singing songs that glorify Osama Bin Laden and the 9/11 attacks.
- One FSA group even calls its fighting unit the “Osama Bin Laden” brigade.
- Another video shows FSA rebels chanting, “We are all with Osama bin Laden!”
- FSA rebels have voiced their desire to see the Al-Qaeda flag fly over the White House once the rebels are victorious across the region.
- FSA rebels recently massacred an entire village of Christians while this week they slaughtered a 14-year-old boy for supposedly insulting Mohammed.
President Barack Obama is preparing to add another bullet point to the growing list of reasons of why he should be impeached, by embroiling the United States in another unconstitutional war which will serve little purpose other than to empower terrorists while pouring gasoline on an already raging inferno.
