BREAKING: Obama’s ‘Deep State’ Operative Just Arrested For TREASON! IT’S HAPPENING!
US News
March 31, 2017
Over the past couple of months, we continue to learn more about Obama’s shadow government as his deep state operatives keep working behind the scenes to take President Trump down. But now it appears as though one of his operatives is about to pay a huge price, after her treasonous ties were just discovered in a breaking report that was just released from the DOJ.
U.S State Department employee Marine Clairborne who possesses a top secret security clearance has been arrested after failing to report her involvement and close ties with the Chinese government, who in a quid pro quo deal, had been receiving thousands of dollars in benefits and gifts from the communist country in exchange for America’s top secrets. Here’s more directly from the DOJ official website, with details being given to the press by Acting Assistant Attorney General McCord:
Claiborne used her position and her access to sensitive diplomatic data for personal profit. Pursuing those who imperil our national security for personal gain will remain a key priority of the National Security Division.
Candace Claiborne is charged with obstructing an official proceeding and making false statements in connection with her alleged concealment and failure to report her improper connections to foreign contacts along with the tens of thousands of dollars in gifts and benefits they provided,’ said U.S. Attorney Phillips.
As a State Department employee with a Top Secret clearance, she received training and briefing about the need for caution and transparency. This case demonstrates that U.S. government employees will be held accountable for failing to honor the trust placed in them when they take on such sensitive assignments’ ”
Candace Claiborne is accused of violating her oath of office as a State Department employee, who was entrusted with Top Secret information when she purposefully mislead federal investigators about her significant and repeated interactions with foreign contacts,” said Assistant Director in Charge Vale.
In addition to using insider information to give our top secrets to the Chinese, Candace has also been charged for perjury for lying to the FBI which could mean a hefty prison time.
What’s disturbing is that this woman has been committing treason for the entire time Obama was in office. How many other leftover Obama officials are currently guilty of treason as well? The only reason we’re learning about this now is because of President Trump draining the swamp and taking these idiots straight to the trash receptacle where they belong.
It will be very interesting to see how the liberal media tries to spin this. When they continue to push the propaganda of the Trump administration “colluding” with the Russians, let’s just throw their little collusion with the Chinese right back in their faces!

Hannity Full Tv Show 3/30/17 | Ex-Obama official 'could vindicate
Snap Chat
Published on Mar 30, 2017
Fox News’ Sean Hannity opened Wednesday night’s edition of “Hannity” by saying that statements by a former Obama administration official “could prove the Obama administration was very much involved in the surveillance of Trump transition team members.”

Hannity was referring to a March 2 MSNBC interview with Dr. Evelyn Farkas, former deputy assistant secretary of defense for Russia/Ukraine/Eurasia and now a senior fellow at the Atlantic Council.
FORMER OBAMA OFFICIAL DISCLOSES RUSH TO GET INTELLIGENCE ON TRUMP TEAM
In the interview, Farkas admitted to “telling the Hill people, get as much information as you can [about possible connections between the Trump campaign and Russian intelligence] … before President Obama leaves the administration, because I had a fear that somehow that information would disappear with the senior [Obama] people who left.”
Farkas also said she feared “that the Trump folks – if they found out how we knew what we knew about their … the Trump staff dealing with Russians – that they would try to compromise those sources and methods, meaning we no longer have access to that intelligence.”
According to Hannity, Farkas was “admitting … surveillance of Trump and his associates and transition team took place,” as well as “unmasking” of those Trump team members and “intelligence leaking,” which, Hannity said, “could very well be a felony.”

Whatever Happened to Evelyn Farkas Outs Herself Story?
Not surprisingly the Farkas story has been patently ignored by the MSM and seems to have already fallen by the wayside
March 31, 2017
Long before ex-Obama official Evelyn Farkas self-outed as a participant in an under cover surveillance of Trump campaign staff conducted by the Obama administration, she had a prominent persona in the Russian conspiracy meme played out ad nauseam by the mainstream media.
In fact, before she curiously outed herself,  Evelyn Farkas may have played The starring role in the ongoing drama called ‘Vladimir Putin Stole the Presidency from Hillary Clinton’.
Farkas, who left her position as deputy assistant secretary of defense for Russia, Ukraine, and Eurasia in the Obama White House in 2015, and who went on to join the Hillary Clinton rat pack campaign team, spoke openly about her personal knowledge of Obama national security officials rushing to preserve as much intelligence as they could before Trump took office and directed that information to Congress.
Singing like the proverbial canary on MSNBC television earlier this month about urging her former colleagues to “get as much information as you can, get as much intelligence as you can before President Obama leaves the administration”, Farkas’  role was a more covert one when she was working on the Clinton campaign, and for all we know, still is.
As long as there is any hope that President Trump can be Democrat impeached, Hillary Clinton and her surrogates will continue to feverishly campaign.
Farkas was on the Clinton campaign team back in the days when Clinton and supporters were still counting on doing Trump in by having him MSM portrayed i as ‘Leader Of The Crazies’, the smear du jour before jumping four square into the ‘Trump is a Russian collaborator’ one.
Having advised three secretaries of defense on Russia policy, during a 20-year-long government tenure, Farkas and Clinton go back a long way.
Farkas, goes back further than anybody else when it comes to linking Donald Trump with Vladimir Putin
Farkas, goes back further than anybody else when it comes to linking Donald Trump with Vladimir Putin.
‘Trump and Putin: Two Liars Separated at Birth’ was the title of a piece she wrote for Politico Magazine back on April 3, 2016 with a pulled-out quote: “No wonder they seem to like each other, they are akin in their abuse of the truth”.
“…Trump’s lying is enabling and feeding an indifference to the truth,” Farkas wrote.  “In a March 28 speech, President Obama cited the work of Politico reporters who fact-checked 4.6 hours of Trump speeches and news conferences and identified more than 51 lies, or as David Brooks of The New York Times put it, “one every five minutes.” This past week alone, Trump made false and irresponsible statements about the Geneva Conventions, nuclear proliferation, and NATO and our Asian allies’ contribution to security. More recently he offered up a view of the U.S. economy that forecast a coming “very massive recession,” which Washington Post writer Jim Tankersley called a mix of “economic conspiracy theories with magical-thinking accounting.”
“Despite such attempts at fact-checking, reporters just don’t seem to know how to counter Trump’s large-scale deployment of WMD — Weapons of Mass Denial (of the truth). There are so many lies to dispute now, it seems an overwhelming task; where to start? Intentional or not, the end result is Trump’s statements are not being sufficiently exposed as falsehoods. As with Putin in Russia, his many misrepresentations are enabling and feeding an indifference to the truth in this country.
“Where could it end, if Trump does gain the presidency?”
Farkas, was linking Trump and Putin before the New York Times, came out with the sensational headline “Trump, Offering No Evidence, Says Obama Tapped His Phones.” on January 19 and 20, 2017
THE LID: “On January 19th and 20th 2017, The NY Times reported that wiretaps of people on the Trump team were passed along to the Obama White House, one of the story’s authors was Michael S. Schmidt. On Saturday that same Michael S. Schmidt was one of the reporters who wrote the story, “Trump, Offering No Evidence, Says Obama Tapped His Phones.”
“That’s right, the same NY Times reporter who was one of the sources for the President’s claim, said that there was no evidence for the claim.
“The first story by Mr. Schmidt appeared on the NY Times website the evening of January 19, 2017 and appeared on the front page of the paper the morning of Inauguration Day, January 20, 2017.(Andrew Benjamin— Canada Free Press, March 12, 2017
This is what Farkas wrote about Trump on Poltico on Jan. 12, 2017 before he was even inaugurated and as Canada Free Press commentator E.T. Bass describes as “exhibiting early signs of TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome).
“Donald Trump has been dismissing the threat posed by Russia to U.S. elections, to our democracy and even to him from the moment he entered the campaign for president. He hasn’t stopped dismissing the serious Russian intelligence and information operations against the American people, even after his election and practically on the eve of his inauguration.”
Meanwhile, Sean Hannity said on Wednesday that Farkas “could vindicate” President Trump on his Obama wiretap charge.
Surely that should be “unwittingly” vindicate President Trump, Sean.
“Fox News’ Sean Hannity opened Wednesday night’s edition of “Hannity” by saying that statements by a former Obama administration official “could prove the Obama administration was very much involved in the surveillance of Trump transition team members.”
“Hannity was referring to a March 2 MSNBC interview with Dr. Evelyn Farkas, former deputy assistant secretary of defense for Russia/Ukraine/Eurasia and now a senior fellow at the Atlantic Council.
“In the interview, Farkas admitted to “telling the Hill people, get as much information as you can [about possible connections between the Trump campaign and Russian intelligence] ... before President Obama leaves the administration, because I had a fear that somehow that information would disappear with the senior [Obama] people who left.”
“Farkas also said she feared “that the Trump folks – if they found out how we knew what we knew about their ... the Trump staff dealing with Russians – that they would try to compromise those sources and methods, meaning we no longer have access to that intelligence.”
“According to Hannity, Farkas was “admitting ... surveillance of Trump and his associates and transition team took place,” as well as “unmasking” of those Trump team members and “intelligence leaking,” which, Hannity said, “could very well be a felony.”
“Surveillance. Unmasking. Intelligence leaking. All acknowledged in that tape by Evelyn Farkas,” Hannity said. “Now, for days, we have been asking on this program, ‘Who knew what, when and where?’
“Did Obama officials commit a crime here and how did Evelyn Farkas, a former relatively low-ranking Obama administration official, how did she know about all this surveillance? ... My prediction is as each day goes by, more and more information will be coming available and soon, we’re going to have the answers to these very important questions.”
“White House spokesman Spicer, days before the Times’ excuse-making, clearly explained that President Trump’s tweets on March 4 were based on open-source news media reporting of the wiretaps—thus including The New York Times—over the last few months. (AIM March 18, 2017)
“In fact, the news media have been reporting since at least September 23, 2016, that U.S. intelligence has been “actively monitoring” the “talks” (conversations), “wiretapping” the phone “calls,” and intercepting other communications of Trump aides or Trump himself—communications allegedly made with the Russians.
“Active monitoring” means wiretapping and surveillance of future phone calls, emails, texts, and other communications on an ongoing basis.
“Not a shred of any New York Times or other reporting since September, 2016 on the “wiretapping” of Trump and/or his aides has demonstrated any concern whatsoever for Trump’s civil rights or the sanctity of the election process. No concern was expressed by the CIA, FBI, NSA or other agencies, or by the Obama White House—or by the media doing the reporting. In fact, they have been quite excited and eager about the prospect of illegal snooping on Trump.
“As White House spokesman Spicer pointed out, efforts were made by Obama officials during their last days in office to lessen the protections of wiretap data in order to spread more widely any highly-sensitive wiretap data on Trump. The New York Times reported on March 1 that the Obama administration’s lowering of “classification levels” of NSA data was done to “spread” the Trump wiretaps around various agencies and even foreign governments (see Obama DNI James Clapper’s orders lowering security protections of raw NSA intercept data, December. 15, 2016).
The New York Times had originally reported on January 12 that this massive lowering of NSA wiretap data security was in contrast to Obama’s previous tightening of regulations in 2014, after the Snowden mass leak, to give “privacy protections to foreigners,” like they were Americans. But not for Trump.”
If Congress is serious about finding the ‘leaker’ of the Trump-in-cahoots-with-the Russians-conspiracy, they should bring Farkas in for questioning.
Not surprisingly the Farkas story has been patently ignored by the MSM and seems to have already fallen by the wayside.
Meanwhile the rest of us will take the advice of actor-comedian Rob Schneider who has a simple message for Democrats harping on about alleged connections between Trump campaign staff and the Russian government: “It’s not them. It’s you.”

When Hillary Clinton resigned as Secretary of State in 2013, she negotiated continuing access to classified and top-secret documents for herself and six staffers under the designation “research assistants,” according to a powerful senator who notes that Clinton was later deemed “extremely careless” with such information.

MSM sits on Evelyn Farkas story hoping their suppression will make it go away

Proof positive that 100 percent of the mainstream media ignored what should be the most important story of the year, in transparent attempts to suppress it, comes from the Google list below.
Only Twenty-two news outlets—all of them Conservative—reported on the Farkas story.
At press time, a Polish news outlet (Interia) appears as number 7 on the list and a Vietnamese one, (Báo Đấu thầu) appears as the list’s number 9.
The Obama administration was spying on Donald Trump while he was still a candidate in attempts to guarantee Hillary Clinton’s presidential election victory.
Too sad for words for American readers, television viewers and radio listeners, that the MSM couldn’t give a damn.

President Trump’s administration just pulled the plug on 46 appointees under Barack Obama at once, draining the filthy cesspool of the political swamp in one fail swoop. In all of the campaign promises he’s kept yet, this one is the biggest to be made in a single move, and as expected, isn’t sitting well with the Trump-hating left.
The turnover of 93 U.S. attorneys routinely takes place at the beginning over every new presidential administration, which had already begun, but 46 still remained, all of whom were left over from Barack Obama’s administration. Trump didn’t want or need them around and his Attorney General, Jeff Sessions, just made a formal demand today calling for their resignation — effective immediately.
“Sessions asked for the federal prosecutors to resign ‘in order to ensure a uniform transition’,” DOJ spokeswoman Sarah Isgur Flores said, according to The Hill.
“As was the case in prior transitions, many of the United States Attorneys nominated by the previous administration already have left the Department of Justice,” Flores added in her statement.
Showing that he’s serious about his call for their resignations, he has already made preparations for the interim to tie up their loose ends so they can’t use it stay around longer. The DOJ said Sessions’ career prosecutors are already in place to “continue investigations and prosecutions until the new U.S. attorneys are confirmed,” the report stated.
Trump’s administration is working diligently to eliminate anyone who will stand in the way of a conservative come back, by overturning everything that Obama did while he was president. This is what draining the swamp looks like and liberals are on the fringe of a total meltdown because of it.

BREAKING: Jeff Sessions Just Fired 46 Obama Appointees!

JUST IN: Attorney General Sessions asks remaining 46 U.S. attorneys appointed by Obama to tender resignations – DOJ.
According to the Justice Department, those resignations will “ensure a uniform transition.”
Shortly after, the Justice Department released a statement:
“Until the new U.S. attorneys are confirmed, the dedicated career prosecutions in our U.S. Attorney’s Offices will continue the great work of the department in investigating, prosecuting, and deterring the most violent offenders,” said spokeswoman Sarah Isgur Flores in a statement Friday afternoon.
The move comes as President Trump works to fill out the Justice Department with his own appointees, a process that has been slow due to obstruction from Democrats.
Although the move is sure to bring more controversy from liberals, the shake up is necessary.
This is historic!

Trump and Putin, Toe To Toe?

*******
*******
The honeymoon's over for Trump and Putin
Washington and Moscow are trading sharp words over Russia's weekend political crackdown, civilian deaths in Iraq and the revival of U.S. sanctions touching Russian interests.
By Michael Crowley

After months of overtures from President Donald Trump to Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Trump administration is trading harsh diplomatic words with Moscow, further dimming the prospects for a strategic alliance between the two countries.
White House press secretary Sean Spicer opened his Monday briefing by reading a statement saying the U.S. “strongly condemns” the detention of hundreds, including leading Putin critic Alexei Navalny, following a weekend crackdown on peaceful anti-corruption protests across Russia.
The statement featured the toughest language Trump’s White House has directed at Putin’s government, surprising some Russia hawks unsure whether Trump—who has repeatedly avoided criticizing Putin—would allow the government to rebuke Moscow’s actions. As a candidate, Trump frequently promised to seek friendly relations with Moscow, but that talk has cooled in recent weeks amid intense scrutiny of his campaign’s ties to Russia.
Experts say Putin is highly sensitive to American criticism of his internal political actions, and the Russian leader could react angrily to the condemnation. But it remains unclear whether the statement reflects carefully considered U.S. policy. The top Russia jobs at the State Department and Pentagon remain unfilled. A White House official said the incoming senior national security council director for Russia, Brookings Institution scholar Fiona Hill, has not yet started her job.
In a statement posted on Facebook, spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said her government is “bewildered and concerned” by the U.S. move.
Meanwhile, the Kremlin has in recent weeks steadily sharpened its rhetoric about the Trump administration, which has recently taken steps perceived in Moscow as adverse to Russian interests.
On Saturday, Russia’s foreign ministry spokeswoman blasted new Trump administration sanctions against companies doing business with Syria, Iran and North Korea, whose targets included eight Russian companies. In a statement posted on Facebook, spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said her government is “bewildered and concerned” by the U.S. move.
Zakharova said the U.S. action “undermines the prospects of setting up comprehensive multilateral cooperation” to jointly fight terrorists. “Washington again does the bidding of those who made a consistent destruction of Russia-US cooperation their main priority,” Zakharova wrote.
And shortly before Spicer spoke on Monday, Moscow’s top diplomat pounced on reports that a March 17 U.S. airstrike killed as many as 200 civilians in the Iraqi city of Mosul.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said he was “startle[d]” by the report of the airstrike and said Moscow had requested a special briefing at the United Nations Security Council. Lavrov claimed that "several other tragic incidents in which civilians died have happened since” in the ISIS-controlled Iraqi city since then, according to an official transcript of his remarks posted online by Russia’s foreign ministry.
Lavrov, following a standard Russian playbook of flipping charges back at an accuser, also suggested that the joint U.S. and Iraqi offensive to liberate Mosul from ISIS was more brutal than the recent Russian and Syrian military campaign in Aleppo, Syria. “We have been monitoring the operation to liberate Mosul since its inception, because we remembered how some of our Western colleagues criticized us during the operation in eastern Aleppo,” Lavrov said.
Lavrov argued that Russia—which was widely condemned for brutal tactics, including airstrikes on hospitals and aid workers—had actually protected civilian lives in Aleppo by opening a “corridor” to allow militants to leave the city, reducing the scale of Russia’s military operation there.
He also urged that a similarly “cautious and responsible approach would be used by the coalition in its further actions in Mosul.” (The U.S. and Iraqi militaries have each launched investigations into the March 17 Mosul strike.)
“I don’t think anyone in the Pentagon will take kindly to being lectured by the Russians about what happened in Mosul,” said Andrew Weiss, a former Bill Clinton White House official handing Russia issues, who is now at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
“Sadly, this is part of a familiar Russian playbook that has been used time and again by Putin, Lavrov and other senior figures,” Weiss added.
U.S. intelligence officials believe Putin interfered in the 2016 U.S. election in part to exact revenge on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who publicly backed major street protests against Putin in 2011.
Trump administration statements relating to Russia have so far generally tracked those of the Obama administration, which could suggest that U.S. officials are following old guidance as they await fresh policy direction.
More detail could come when Secretary of State Rex Tillerson arrives in Brussels on Friday for a meeting of NATO foreign ministers at which Russia is certain to be a main topic. Tillerson originally planned to skip the meeting, creating an uproar among NATO allies anxious about Trump’s commitment to European security.

VIDEO: President Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin hold historic telephone call

Published on Jan 28, 2017

US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin are speaking the first time since the presidential inauguration, in a scheduled telephone call that has been awaited nervously by US allies concerned about a U-turn in Washington's Russia policy.

The phone call was welcomed by top Russian officials but watched anxiously by critics of Mr Putin in Washington and Europe, who fear Mr Trump may abandon key US commitments, including sanctions imposed after the annexation of Crimea, in a bid to improve relations with the Kremlin.

The call was the first test of an embryonic reset of Russo-US relations that has previously been largely confined to mutually flattering public comments and a shared disdain for Mr Trump's predecessor, Barack Obama.

Time To Eliminate Political Correctness!

*******
In Maryland Rape Case Liberals Adhere To Political Correctness
It is a sad reminder that forceful action in dealing with illegal immigration is essential for the safety of all Americans, especially those who are most vulnerable, our children
March 25, 2017
On the morning of March 16, a 14-year old girl was allegedly raped by two illegal aliens in a high school bathroom in Rockville, Maryland. One of the alleged rapists, Henry Sanchez-Milian, is an adult, 18 years old, while the other suspect, Jose O. Montano, is 17-years old.  They have been charged with first-degree rape and two counts of first-degree sexual offense for allegedly dragging the young girl into the boys’ bathroom, sexually assaulting her and forcing her to perform sexual acts.
This incident has shocked the nation and exposed the dangers of open borders and lax immigration enforcement. By allowing millions of illegal aliens into this country, the safety of law abiding Americans has been put at risk. Daily, tragic stories are reported of Americans being victimized by illegal aliens. This case is even more disturbing for the victim is an innocent 14-year old girl.
“I am not sure I can give assurances that their children will be safe.”
Conditions are so dire that Maryland Governor Larry Hogan, a Republican, said to all parents in his state that their children are potentially at risk. He said, “I am not sure I can give assurances that their children will be safe.” The Governor expressed his outrage that “an 18-year old man” was in the same class as 13 and 14-year old girls.” He said the “status” of Sanchez-Milian was not known to the Rockville High School parents
Hogan also condemned he attitude of public school officials in Montgomery County, Maryland who administer Rockville High School. The Governor said that there was a “lack of cooperation” and a “lack of information” from the Montgomery County school system.
Another pressing issue involves the county’s sanctuary policies which protect illegal aliens. According to Fox News, in 2016, the county disallowed 63 accused illegal alien criminals from being turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials. Montgomery County is among many sanctuary areas in the country which refuse to work with federal immigration authorities to deport illegal immigrants. Hogan said that the sanctuary policies were “a big part of the problem.”
Regrettably, the message has not been received by Dr. Jack Smith, the Superintendent of the Montgomery County school district. Instead of focusing solely on the plight of the victim and the safety of children in his district, Smith blasted the response from parents and warned against “racist, xenophobic calls and emails.” He was upset at the anger directed at his office from parents rightly concerned about the well-being of their children. Sadly, the Superintendent placed his focus on maintaining politically correct sanctuary policies instead of taking corrective action in his district.
This tragic incident also highlights the problems of coddling immigrants who illegally cross the border
In the aftermath of the incident, parents staged protests outside Smith’s office and expressed their concerns at a public meeting. Not surprisingly, the major broadcast networks ignored the story, with only Fox News giving it significant coverage.
This tragic incident also highlights the problems of coddling immigrants who illegally cross the border. Sanchez-Milian is from Guatemala and was captured by border patrol agents in August of 2016 at Rio Valley Grande, Texas. Instead of being immediately deported, he was detained for 12 days and eventually released. ICE allowed him to fly to Baltimore, Maryland to live with his father. In the fall, he was enrolled at Rockville High School and only a few months later he is accused of brutalizing and raping a 14-year-old girl who will be traumatized for the rest of her life.
At the time of his ICE release, Sanchez-Milian was ordered to appear before an immigration judge; however, after seven months, the hearing has still not occurred.  If he had been deported, this travesty would never have occurred.
His attorney, Andrew Jezic, said that Sanchez-Milian was released because the inflow of illegal immigrants is too great for federal authorities to handle. According to Jezic, “There’s been so many people that have come through the border that are underage in the last year, so what happened is that immigration just doesn’t have the resources to deal with all of these people coming in.”
Jezic believes that the massive influx of illegal immigrants has also caused significant delays in scheduling the court hearings. Thus, in the case of Sanchez-Milian, what should have been handled in short order, has taken more than seven months.
This has resulted in not only a delay in justice, but also a horrific act of violence. It is a sad reminder that forceful action in dealing with illegal immigration is essential for the safety of all Americans, especially those who are most vulnerable, our children.

President Trump is Right to Stop Iraqi Refugee Rape Spree in US
Daniel Greenfield
January 29, 2017
The media is turning on the waterworks. It's running stories of the "poor" Iraqi refugees who will be shut out by President Trump's security order. Some of whom have stories about having provided some useful information or services to American soldiers in Iraq. Let's remember 5 Iraqi refugees who also provided that aid.
Ramadon, one of the men accused of the sexual assault, was featured in “A Soldier’s Promise,” a 2009 combat memoir penned by Army First Sgt. Daniel Hendrex about the time he spent deployed in the Iraqi town of Husaybah.
Hendrex described helping Ramadon in his effort to immigrate to the U.S. in exchange for vital information the youngster — 14 at the time — provided Hendrex’s unit about local insurgents.
Here's how Ramadon and the rest repaid America.
Four other Iraqi immigrants were also charged in connection to the crime, which left a semiconscious woman nearly dead and bleeding internally.
Colorado Springs Lt. Howard Black told FOX21 Colorado Springs that the woman police believe the men sexually assaulted at the Wildridge Apartments suffered from injuries that could have been life-threatening.
“I have been a police officer for a lot of years,” Black said. “When I look at the injuries, this is one of the more severe sexual assault cases I have been a part of and investigated.”
Sarmad Fadhi Mohammed and Jasim Mohammed Hasin Ramadon were arrested for the actual sexual assault Tuesday. Mustafa Sataar Al Feraji, Ali Mohammed Hasan Al Juboori and Yasir Jabbar Jasim were arrested as accessories to sexual assault.
According to police, doctors at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs, where the woman was later admitted, said she suffered from internal injuries that appeared to be caused by blunt force trauma. When police arrived on scene of the apartment, they found blood splattered on the walls.
And there are plenty of stories of Iraqi refugee rapists in America.
Police said Bahjat, an Iraqi refugee who fled the country following the alleged attack, "viciously sexually assaulted" the woman. She bolted from the car, leaving several personal items behind, according to investigators. She suffered injuries to her neck, wrists and knees, police said.
Police say Bahjat is a 2012 refugee from Iraq and has an immigration status of "Permanent Resident-Non-Citizen." Within 24 hours of the alleged attack, Bahjat fled the United States, taking a flight to Toronto, then to Turkey and on to Jordan. An arrest warrant was issued, officials said.
And it goes on and on...
A jury needed less than two hours on Thursday to convict an Iraqi refugee of brutally raping a 19-year-old woman behind a trash bin in Colonie after meeting her at a downtown bar last year.
Salam Al Haideri, 24, of Niskayuna, faces 25 years in prison after the jury of nine men and three women found him guilty of predatory sex assault and first-degree rape.
Even when Iraqis provide some useful help, they should be rewarded for that within their own country. Or resettlement in the region. They should not be given access to the United States. This is what happens when we make the mistake of rewarding cooperation with immigration.
